Orange County’s Credit Union - Fullerton S Harbor Blvd, Fullerton

I came into this branch to apply for a car loan. Myrna went above and beyond making this very daunting and stressful situation very smooth and handled it with so much care. She listened to all my questions and concerns and was very personable which made me feel comfortable when talking about my situation. She displayed great customer service and expertise when explaining the process needed to get my loan handled. I love coming to this branch as everyone is so kind and greets you as soon as you come in. I have been here many times and the tellers are also so sweet and very knowledgeable.

This was my first time visiting this branch. The staff is very nice. Especially Gina the branch manager who welcomed me with a great attitude. Even though they were pretty busy, she seem so eager to get someone to help me and not have me wait for too long. Great first time experience. Thank you.

Staff has been nothing but helpful. I get paid Interest on checking and savings accounts. Got a great rate for my car loan. They aren't shady like Wells Fargo/BofA/Chase etc. Can't speak highly enough about credit unions in general.

Lead me on with the possibility of a loan for weeks before rejecting me no matter what documentation I supplied. They essentially accused me of being a liar and were extremely disrespectful. This being thanks to my working part time while being in grad school. Yet another Orange County institution that puts the wealthy first and foremost.

I am not a member of this CU, but I sometimes use their ATMS out front. They don't dispense cash about 75% of the time. Only a $1.50 surcharge, but since they have so many issues (my bank says a connectivity problem and/or improperly maintained). Just use the Bank of America ATM it is a $3.00 surcharge but it is almost always up.

5 years as a member of orange county credit union is still looking strong. One of the best bank or the best bank in orange county serving fullerton city. I appreciate every moment and time when i do business with OCCU. I dont remember any names but from the employee that greets customers at the entrance and to all the beautiful Tellers, You guys are so awesome and very friendly. Customer service is outstanding... I recommend OCCU to anybody that needs help on how to manage your finance for a better future.

Great service. Opened my first account with them and love it. They gave me my first auto loan walked me through the whole process even when the car dealership gave me a hard time they helped get things done. I recommend this place to all my friends and family

Very nice location with tons to do around it. Received a free cookie, pen and note pad last time I went. Very clean and quick too! I enjoy coming here when needed because of the variety of store that are there around it

It’s a great bank but they need to resolve or figure out how to go to the bank safely instead of closing their doors during this COVID
