Worst customer service I received from a young Mexican guy. He never smiled and looked like he was having a bad day. He did not explain anything to me and asked for my SSN and ran my credit. False advertising. They send you a letter in the mail adressijg you by name saying that you qualify for $1,500 loan and when you get there the employees tell you themselves that the letters are false advertising. Overall horrible experience. I tried dollar loan center instead and it was a great experience. Please don't waste your time with this bs company and go to Dollar center or Dollar tree.

I think it depends on who help you. I was denied but my husband was approved. I give them 5 stars because we really needed the money after my husband's work injuries left him in a wheelchair.
