Went in on Thursday to take out a loan ,They have awesome customer service skills, they made me feel welcomed, Super clean place & awesome decorations.They explain the whole process and made it possible to get the help I needed to get the loan. Marivel helped me through the whole process and I can’t thank her enough. I am sure coming back for another loan in the near future ,even referred my whole family and place to come here.

Don't even bother with these people it was worst experience regarding a loan I have ever had. They take all your information run your credit then they tell me that my birth date was wrong and that the name on check stub was different. They asked me where I work not what was on my check has the same address. Doesn't make sense to me. So they tell me that it is not approved for that reason. Totally a waist of time. Why couldn't they tell me that before I got there. Funny thing they called to verify my appointment this morning and asked me my date of birth so don't understand how that was different from what I gave then on the phone.

I was helped by Diana and Denise and both ladies did an awesome job with the entire process. Went right in and was approved within the hour. Highly satisfied.

Very helpful employees. Very easy steps to get a loan. Only needed my id. Its not a title or payday loan!!! The loan will help my credit, with a very easy payback option. Thanks for your help Janelle!!
