Came to this location last minute because I was referred to by a relative, and they did not disappoint. Karina and Yuliana were very helpful, I came in, got approved and left so quickly. Strongly recommend!

The customer service was amazing from Veralucia. She explained the whole process and it didn’t take long at all.

There loan payment are pretty low. I really like Speedy Cash. They are once a month, but the payments could be a about $60 lower. The interest rates for all payday, installation Loan's are predator Loan's for people with hard times or damaged credit. Oportun is durable and good customer service. The interest rates are too high as well though. If you're going to help someone, don't break them doing so. You will keep better customer's. Because no on can predict illnesses, or accidents, thus, you may and in most cases have to be on disability. That changes everyone income and household period.

Very bad service we were not even 10 minutes in the office before walking out. My husband was in to request a loan this was not the 1st time we came in with them so we assumed they might have his information. Ms. Karina who was the rep "helping us" was very rude. She was requesting my husband's information my husband clueless and assuming they had everything on their system asked her don't you guys already have my information? and she rudely with a very sassy attitude responded IF we had this information I wouldn't be asking for it. Tip for the store manager maybe advise your employees that the people walking in can be potential customers who If the get a loan help you all stay in business.
