Just refinanced my truck with OnPoint. Was in and out in about 20 minutes. I have been with Portland Teachers/OnPoint for alomst 20 years. They have always been great no matter the branch.

Laughable customer experience. Zero respect for you as a customer. Wait in line for 20 minutes sheep.

Was with Portland Teachers Credit union since the 80s, and PTCU was the finest CU in the city. Not sure what went wrong with the credit union, but you can no longer get through on the phone, and you are now treated no different than Wells Fargo or US Bank treats you; Badly! We switched finally, and they need to know they stink! We refinanced and got our business started elsewhere, but its still stinky that we needed to change banks to get our business and home products that we needed- and Onpoint was too inept to function as a good and reliable bank. Real pity. it was so good once.
