OnPath Federal Credit Union General De Gaulle Dr, New Orleans

I have been with this bank since 1996 and they still have not caught up to today's banking system.Others get there deposits with the same day or next but you have to wait 2 days before you get money that is deposit into ur account.But I fault myself for still staying with this bank when their are so many other banks that have better systems.O and they always have maintenance issues.

I belong to a out of state credit union, everytime I go into this location it's an great experience! They are friendly and helpful and actually remember me by name and ask me how I'm doing. Service is fast, professional and courteous. The two ladies in there are awesome!

Every visit with this bank is horrible. If it isn't the slow Atm, 1 Atm at that, it's long teller lines. If it isn't long teller lines it's only 1 teller lane out of 4 open. If you go inside the branch it gets no better. The associates don't know much about keeping customers information private or making customers feel secure. They talk personal business very loudly and have no sense of professionalism. I literally mean they talk so loud that someone on the other side of the room would here you deposit amount & account bal. Last but DEFINITELY NOT LEAST they NEVER ask for an I.D when I'm withdrawing money out my account. Almost cancelled my membership today. ALMOST.

i left my long time bank for this bank. freindly staff plus lowest rates in town. I love this place and would never leave. I reccomend to everyone I meet. this is the way banking should be. I bank at the Algiers branch. never a wait always a pleasure.

The credit union operates like a bank and do not assist certain clients. The wait time on calls is absurd. High fees are charged to the wrong customers.

I feel special everytime I go too OnPath on General Degaulle. They know me by name and always greet me with a warm greeting and friendly smiles. Always know exactly what I need and how I like my money back. And very knowledgeable about all my banking needs. They are a true asset to the company.

Kelsey at the Algiers branch is always very helpful. Every problem that I have come across she has helped resolve it. She is definitely a true asset to OnPath. This girl deserves a raise.

I did have major issues with the ATM machine but love the staff when I have to speak w anyone. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
