It was easy to apply. I been wanting to join long again but I wasn't sure if this is a good bank. When I apply I was surprised !!! It is so easy to feel up the application...I know that still processing but I can wait for the results...

The representative was courteous, sympathetic to my situation, knowledgeable, and promptly provided me with the information I needed. As much as I enjoy the convenience of automated systems, I prefer speaking to a live person for some matters.

So far, so good. I didn't think I'd ever have a bank account again, let alone a debit card. Thanks to UnitedOne Bank, I now have a checking account abs a debit card and I don't have to be at the mercy of a prepaid card and their eroneus funds.

The website was very user friendly and afforded me the opportunity to complete enrollment on my terms, at my leisure. Everything, so far, has been very easy to do!

The customer care representative, Elizabeth, was very professional and helpful. She answered all of my questions without hesitation and a friendly tone of voice.
