First, I've never had my bank call to wish me Happy New Year and to see if there's anything that can be improved upon. Second, she was friendly, kind, and super helpful. I look forward to receiving information about where I can deposit cash

My call was received immediately. That was a nice surprise (no computer involved). My problems were rectified in this one call. (Although I don't like that I can't take advantage of the senior account because I don't live close to a bank)
