Had an fantastic experience with Morgan Brantner, she makes getting the information easy and understandable and gives me weekly updates on my loan process! I took several months to get my credit repaired before I actually started the process and I could easily and quickly reach out to Morgan with my questions and she would give me sound suggestions.

After another mortgage was not responding to emails after one week I went with the home builders preferred mortgage company. Very happy we did as they had us in the home in less than 30 days during this home buying spree. Made the initial call on the 16th of March and we were in the house on the 16 of April. I would highly recommend Joseph Gomez and his company in the home buying process.

Rachelle and her team are amazing to work with! They started and completed my refinance on my home in about 2.5 weeks! This is super fast and WAY under the 30 day refinance period! They are completely open in communicating their needs of paperwork and are realistic with their daily goals (or in my case faster than their goals)! I would highly recommend this team for buying a home or refinancing your home! I was able to figure out if refinancing made sense to me before getting into the process - it worked out better than expected! Thank you to Rachelle and her team for everything!!

I want to thank Nik Kosach and his team for getting my re-finance completed. Very happy with the rate I received. There is a lot that goes into a loan and Nik took the time to explain the process and the different fees that are involved. They kept me informed during the process and made sure I knew the deadlines for getting my information in.

I wouldn’t even rate this company a 1 star but there’s no option for that. This company has been an absolute nightmare. We’ve worked with someone there named Julie and we were told from the beginning we would need a certain amount to close, so we went ahead with the loan, then they said they were going to credit us some inspections, but day of closing they totally changed the closing costs and not by a few hundred, it was a few thousand partly because they took their credit back she said she was giving us and she didn’t even send the title company all the paperwork so we sat there for 2 hours waiting and had to just leave and reschedule for the next day, so then we have the money they told us we needed the night before and the morning of our rescheduled appointment it’s magically even MORE MONEY to close than what we have the money order for. They got us in and switch it around so much, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve cried in the last 2 months because of this loan officer. Be better and don’t lie to your customers to get them in.

Use Jamie Lokan, she is the best. She is extremely responsive, easy to work with, and is great at running scenarios.

Rachelle and her team (specifically Dakotah) were amazing throughout the entire process. They responded very quickly whenever I had questions or concerns and made it an overall smooth experience. A note to any future customers- You need to make sure that you also put in the effort and be timely when asked for documents or to sign papers. If you don’t, then this can delay your loan and they won’t be able to move as quickly as needed to get you into your new home. Your responsibility to get tasks done is just as important as theirs!
