This place is awesome, the staff is very knowledgeable about finances and helped me do a debt consolidation loan that changed my finances and saved me so much money a month I can start living again! I cosigned for a loan for my girlfriend. Her payments are withdrawn from her bank automatically. The first payment, One Main took out twice, but refunded one and extra for overdraft fees. The next 3 monthly payments came out of her bank correctly and on time, but One Main does not show record of this and continues to call despite us showing banking records. I have told them repeatedly to not call me unless they cant get ahold of my girlfriend first. And if they do call me, address me with the correct name, the name I filled out on the paperwork. They finally figure out the payments going to them, then call back next month stating differently. I would not do business with this company until they get their system together.

The place was great it's the company as a whole. The interest rates are way to high. I wish I didn't go through with the loan but I am trying to bring up my credit score. They need to lower their interest rates it's a rip off. 36% interest is ridiculous. I could have this loan paid off in 11 months if the interest wasn't so high. Now it's going to take me 17 months to pay it off now. Never again and I don't recommend this company to get a loan.
