Did not have a good experience with them. They prolonged getting back to me for a week.. in which i left several messages because I could never seem to get ahold of the lady who was working on my loan. I finally gave it another shot and called and the lady who was doing my loan answered.. she said she was printing out some paperwork and would give me a call back.. I asked her if she was sure because I have been getting told that all week.. she told me she never received the messages that I called and she would for sure call me back... She didn't...the dealership sold the car I was trying to get.. I was very disappointed and would not recommend them

I want to thank Kara Steckley for being amazing. I called her while driving to Ohio with my hands free and before I got to my destination had me approved. Went in on next morning she was sweet nice and respectful answered every question I had. I would recommend everyone to give her a call. I have got a lot of different loans in my life and hands down she was the nicest and sweetest person I have dealt with

Danielle worked with my husband and I. The process was very simple we didn’t even have to come in to the office. We submitted everything on their secure website. Then when we were approved Danielle got a hold of us and my husband and I logged in from home on our cell phones and she remotely helped us through each paper work item and talked over all loan possibilities. Definitely recommend OneMain they were up front with all questions. Thanks for making the process of borrowing money easy an painless in a situation that is not always easy.

This One Main Financial office staff has been respectful and helpful. We have worked with Shawn Landrum and Bianca Bateman . This loan event, I worked with Kara Steckley and Shawn Landrum. I wanted to get my credit debt down or eliminated. They handled the transactions in a manner that made them seem uncomplicated. They did not rush. They were available to help when I needed it. I teased Shawn when I told her that One Main Financial kept begging me to take their money 🤑. Thank you.

The Carmel office is amazing Kara one of the reps there really goes above and beyond to help customers out. If you are in need of a loan she is the one to talk to.

Danielle was SO amazing and helpful! She definitely went above and beyond to get me the best loan offer for my situation. Everything was very transparent, easy, and fast. The other team members that I interacted with were just as kind and prompt as Danielle; they really have a great team there! 10/10 recommend hands down!

I do insurance and have never had to jump thru more hoops to provide Evidence of insurance despite the insured already being covered.

Only reason I give it two stars is because if the temporary manager they had when I first started with them. She was professional and nice and HONEST. Unlike currently. I do not recommend to anyone personally

I worked with Kara and the customer service was amazing. The online procedure was easy.

Some what of a difficult process to get a loan. When I did get a loan it was secured with a vehicle title. Paid it off in a very short time. My credit went up 50 plus points then they start sending me offers of large dollar amounts unsecured so i applied for a very small amount and was declined for no given reason.
