It was a miserable experience. After a 30 minute wait I got up to leave. They caught me before I got into my vehicle. Details of loan(interest rate was not discussed). A 4-5 hour experience that left me feeling I made a bad decision refinancing my loan. In retrospect it seemed predatory. Hopefully my bad choice won't be to detrimental to my future endeavors

Caroline handled my business with your establishment quickly and efficiently. She treated me as though she had known me my entire life. I am happy I chose One Main Financial to Handel my affairs.

I called along with another Representative from OneMain to inquire about a future payment. The rep who answered the phone was rude and very short with our question. The first impression is very important. Maybe someone else at the branch can do a better job at answering the phone. 👎

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I wasn't going to do a review until they sent me an email saying that they cannot approve me for a loan which was COMPLETELY UNTRUE!!! It was I who refused to do business with them because of such high interest rates.. Usury at its Finest!!! After they sent me a letter in the mail saying I was approved for a $10,000 loan I decided to follow up on it and accept. When I called they said they couldn't give me $10,000 but they would give me $5,000 then I asked what was the interest on the loan and the lady said between 30%-35% .. So I guesstimated it was about $1600 which I was ok with then the lady said no. I would have to pay back about $12,000... $12,000 on a $5,000 loan is about 140% interest is what they tried to charge. Apparently they are looking for people who are desperate and don't know math in which I am neither. I quickly declined. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.. They are looking for suckers only

Caroline was a great help. Went there 9.24.19. When I got there it wasn’t busy. I was there for 1.5 hours. She very thorough and explained everything in great detail. The process was smooth. Would recommend to anyone needing a loan.

They do not care about you. Only thing they’re concerned about is getting your vehicle and make sure it’s paid off because you’ll just waste your time. Once I told the woman I was on the phone with that I was still making payments on my vehicle, she no longer cared to continue assisting me and just hung up.

Dont use them. They are predators. They gave me a loan with an interest rate over 36%!!!! I did not know any better or much about credit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY....

This is a great location and the representatives are very respectful and helpful. They have been awesome! No complaints.
