If there was an option to choose no stars at all I would pick that. The manager at this place is literally the worst individual I've ever had the displeasure of having to work with. She is rude, Arrogant and down right disrespectful to everyone and treats individuals with such blatant disregard. She gave us the hardest time when we tried to payoff our loan through them to where she posted our check and reversed it several times and then lied about her having our check. She refused to be of any help at all and makes the entire company just look terrible. What kind of loan establishment refuses to take a 4k check from someone who wants to pay off a loan?????!!!!!!! The loan is now paid in full and now she is holding our title for ransom I have contacted an attorney. please never do business here if you want to deal with a professional establishment that will value a good paying customer

They have always done whatever they could to help me! They are all super nice and Abigail is always in a great mood and super happy to help me every time. Even with the small things!

Disclaimer: I am not a customer of theirs; I was accompanying my sister while she was making a payment on her account. This was my experience as a happenstance, third party. The gal who was helping us was very nice and pleasant to talk to. She asked about our day and how our Christmas went, the usual. Then a lady named Christine ruined it for everyone. Without warrant or invitation, she got up from her desk to insert herself where she didn’t need to and made awful, demeaning comments. I was takenaback that someone would go out of their way to be as terrible as she was with such horrible customer service! I could never recommend this place because she was rude and treating us as an inconvenience - when we weren’t even in need of her help. I’ll tell anyone who asks about my experience there and won’t ever do business with them. We’ve all had financial trouble now and again and I find it appalling that this Christine lady would ruin the potential to gain a customer or, at very least, good word-of-mouth to pretend she is above and better than everyone.

I got a $2000 loan for these scam artist's in January. They told me my monthly payment would be under $100 a month. They did everything online so I walked out with no paperwork or anything. They told me it will be mailed to me. It took 4 days for the direct deposit. Now a month later I received a letter saying I have to pay for some insurance they signed me up for. $1000 more. Now today I get a payment letter in the mail. They want $180 a month. NOTHING they said is true. They are lier's and scammers

On line I qualified for a lone of $7000 but when I got to their office & they submitted all their paperwork that amount dropped to $2500. I made a financial decision based on being able to get that $7000 so now my financial situation is tighter than I would like. I suggest going to the office to be sure of the amount they will lend you before going forward with any decisions.
