Very disappointed with the lack of service at this location the branch manager Virginia Sexton lied to me about my loan status. I had to file the paperwork for a new loan by myself taking me about 2 days on the phone with customer care to upload all documents required that would have taken me 10 min in the store location. She refused to work with me or even return my calls. I've been a customer with this location with an existing account for over 2 years never one missed payment on my current loan. I'm a business owner myself and would not be able to operate if I had my customers treated in this manner. I did file a complaint and I hope corporate will take a good look at business practices at this location.

I appreciate that there are companies that will lend to those that are less fortunate. First off this is a financial company,, I would think that a long term relationship is advantageous to these companies and integrity of character is paramount. If you can blow up an individuals phone when you think they qualify for a loan, and when they don't, one main financial acts like you are the scourge of the earth. What would have been professional would have been to place that call. Rather than say absolutely nothing. However it is the moments and interaction that speak to an individuals and a Companies integrity is how they handle the most difficult and sensitive of situations. When times or situations are difficult or uncomfortable the best thing to do is face the situation with kindness and understanding never should you ignore or disappear. The image this company presents is not good.no matter what your integrity and character need s to be the image of your business. You never know who is walking in the door of your business and quite possibly the that person who did not qualify for your service may turn out to be a very good customer in the future and with guidance most likely will be a great customer, but instead you acted in an unprofessional manner and lost your opportunity.

What a joke of a process. First off, your assigned to a loan "specialist" and then they are never available. Then they ask, is there a good time to call you back? You give them the time, they never call you back in that time spot. 5 times playing phone tag so I requested a different person who might want to close a sale and they start back pedaling and make excuses. So, no one wants to make a sale. I said fine I will go into the branch to meet with the person and they say you can only do so by appointment.. What a damn joke. They want to fee you 2/3 of the loan amount anyway, desperation is only going to financially crush you by doing business here. Run away

My experience was great! Within 24 hours I applied for a loan and received the funds via direct deposit I was scheduled for surgery within a couple of days of applying and Jasmine made it convenient for me to get my application done, I was able to electronically sign everything and not have to go in person. It was fast and efficient.

The customer service at this location has dipped dramatically since switching to one main. Yesterday I called, was put on hold for 8 minutes then advised I would get a call back. No one called. Today, I called was on hold for 15 minutes, long enough to drive to the location from Camelback, while still on hold I walk into the location to the 3 girls having a conversation then proceeding to finish it before helping me. Again, I'm also the person on the phone waiting. No one clicked back onto the line, to answer the call I've been on and I'm watching this now, in person. Bear in mind that all I'm trying to compete is a pay off that took all of 2 minutes to actually complete. This isn't the first issue, just the most recent.

You are better off going to another loan place. This company waste your time and can't keep their word. I spoke to 2 people back and forth for 2 days and came in to get a different response then they stated. They got my information confused with someone else. Worse loan place out there. They lie to you about why they couldn't approve you. I got 2 different answers. Waste of my time coming here.

I had very little paper work, to be exact, I three sheets to sign everything on computer. Amazing. The Ladies at 35th Ave and Greenway were beyond there expertise, I’m not just saying this, if I had to do it all over again “I Would”. It took a little time but they got the funds I needed and Brenda went beyond to even help do a better funding plan. If you need any funds, THIS IS THE PLACE. Thanks to all the Ladies and Brenda for there great work. The company should pay them way more then they are getting.

Simply Amazing and Professional Service! WOW! What an amazing and easy experience we had with OneMain Financial and with Maria at the Branch 3434 W Greenway Rd Ste 116, Phoenix, AZ 85053!! We applied online and was approved for a debt consolidation loan in just a few hours and funded by them the next day. What a huge relief to have everything paid off and have one low payment per month and help build up our credit score even more! We appreciated the awesome service Maria and OneMain provided and HIGHLY Recommend them to everyone!

The people that work here are nice but the company itself is a joke. I've paid them $629 and still owe them more than what I even borrowed. This is worse than a payday loan. Will be glad to get them paid off and will never deal with this company again. Avoid if at all possible unless you want to just throw your money away to never get the loan paid off.

During my loan setup I was told that if I used my auto as collateral, then the loan would report to my credit as an auto loan, but this is not correct. So be careful and do not believe everything you are told by this firm. Thanks
