The people that run this office should be terminated. Very unprofessional! They had me send all of my paperwork including Tax filings and tell me they cant use UBER as an income, KNOWING that was my only income! I do not recommend ONE MAIN FINANCIAL! They are liars and scammers! (Reply to reply) You had the opportunity to explain, but you told me the underwriters made the decision and "Uber cant be used as a verifiable income." After asking if it can be used and you said "yes it could. Long as you filed it in your taxes", which I did. On top of it all. I HAD TO REACH OUT TO YOU FOR AN ANSWER. YOU NEVER GAVE ME AN ANSWER until I called a day later after Patrick telling me it only takes a couple of hours. It was a really unprofessional messy situation.

Predatory loan company that loans money to the elderly, disabled and poor for a huge interest rate. As the Bible states; no one should charge interest on money or services as it is a sin. Read the Bible verses which are written throughout the entire Bible. In fact, there are at least 100 verses.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. They don't tell you up front that daily Interest is charged, they constantly blow your phone up and you have ten days after your payment is due to make the payment. The office manager is rude and argues with customers. This place needs a new office manager or she needs training on how to communicate with customers. I'll never recommend anyone to get a loan here.

Easy & simple way of paying these people over the phone with a debit/credit card! Looked their number and address up on Google Maps, made the call using the number on the page and made the payment really quick. It's a lot better than having to drive out there personally and make a payment.

This is about as crooked as a financial organization gets. They will take full advantage of young, inexperienced lenders. Speaking only from experience. Please do not do business with this people.

This is a great company if you need money and your credit is not the best. They were very nice to me and fast. I got my money within a day. They were very easy to work with.

Always had a great experience with this branch. People that work there are very professional and sensitive to your needs. They work within your budget and try to find the best option.

I think this is a great company! Especially if you have rocky credit. It's a secondary lender so rates are a little higher. But willing to help when needed! The staff there is very friendly and courteous! Would highly recommend!

staff is nice but they fell to tell you that all interest is charge up front . been paying my loan for 17 month and still owe over what i got. try to pay it off early and was told it was going to be 1900 dollar more paying it a year and a half early

I DESPISE, the new answering service you have now. It was perfect when you could call and someone would pick up the phone. I needed to get speak with someone quickly, all I got was an auto service that seem to be located in another state. If I could go somewhere else, I would.
