So , I came to one main financial when my credit was not the best. I didn’t think I was going to get approved. I was helped by a wonderful lady named Hortensia. Surprisingly enough I got approved for exactly what I need refinancing my interest rate. Anyways they took care of everything, the process was easy, smooth and, I understood everything that was going on. I even received my money same day . I will recommend one main financial over and over again for their legendary service.

Was pleasantly surprised with how quick and efficient Stephen Duran was. I believe another gentleman by the name of Carlos also helped out. Quick and simple way for any kind of loan really and they are very flexible depending on your situation.

I would not recommend this company for the simple fact that when I applied for a loan i was told i was approved but then said I would need a co applicant so my husband did the paper work as my co applicant got his credit ran and when we called to check the status of the loan since it had been a day or so they said they had mistyped his SSN. I found this weird considering that his credit was ran because Credit Karma app and Experian App (we are both trying to rebuild credit hence the loan) both notified us when the credit was ran. He re-gave his information I called and said do not run his credit again and my husband calls me 5 mins later saying that they ran it again. I don't understand if you had a "typo" on a SSN how you can pull the credit twice 🙄 . In a 2/3 day period. Needless to say they called back and said we weren't approved. I mean everytime you run someone's credit it goes down I wasn't surprised. I wish i had read the reviews before applying. Lesson learned never again.

Does not recommend. Make sure you clearly understand what kind of loan you are signing or else you will be paying 2x or more for your loan.

Super easy to get a loan. Definitely pulled me out a sticky situation.

My wife did the loan , & I accompanied her . We love over all the empathy. The loan specialist was thorough explained everything in detail and made sure we understood and understood ways on how we can potentially better our credit in the future We had in the past gotten a loan through our bank but it took forever the process was very disorganized. I like how fast I received my funds after signing And how loan specialist followed up a month later great service. Thank you Ms.Navarro

This location is the worst I spoke to Ingrid and she didn’t help at all . My husband applied for a loan a week ago and she kept saying she will call and never did I had to constantly do her job and call her to check the status of my husbands application . Steven another employee put me on hold and hung up my call when I tried to call back it went straight to voicemail and had no way of getting in contact with him . I had to keep calling a different location to assist me this location is the worst do not go here .

This branch on Old Cutler was very unprofessional and was very rude. The people working there had poor phone etiquette, and was extremely rude and I would never do business or refer them to anyone else to do business there.

Horrible customer service, I’ve been told multiple times I would get a call back and I find myself having to call them and this is just for an application.
