OneMain Financial US, Green Brook Township

One Main was wonderful. I had taken out a small loan with them back in September. After a few months, I needed additional money and they worked with me to combine the original loan with a new loan to give me additional funds and the whole process was very quick and wonderful. Gabby was very helpful with the whole process. I would highly recommend them.

I applied for a loan about a week ago over the phone and had such a hard time uploading my documents, however the agent ( Brenda Pezzia) at the other end of the line was so patient and understanding, she waited for me each time I mess up and guided me with how to upload my documents. I would recommend anyone planning on getting a loan to check out this place and ask for Brenda if you need good service.

Consumers please stay away from this lending institution they are not looking to help you out at all! I gave this company 1 star but they don’t even deserve any stars. This company is a joke. You apply for a loan amount that that you need because obviously if you didn’t need it you wouldn’t be applying. I asked to borrow $16k they checked my credit (hard inquiry) said I was approved, when all said and done they counter offer me a loan for $3,800! Only 20% of what I needed to borrow! They pulled a bait and switch. So now I have a hard inquiry from them on my credit report, did not get the loan obviously because that’s not the amount I need they wasted my time and lowered my credit rating this was all done for nothing. Do not waste your time with this lending institution they are a fraud! I recommend the lending club. Way better and they work with you and give you exactly what you need to borrow.

I initially applied for an online loan and was accepted but due to my current work schedule was having a hard time to accommodate coming into the office to finalize. They were able to accommodate and have the finalization process take place online.

This is how a human being deals with another human being. Excellent customer care. It's hard to find another financial institute that treats it's customer with so much care!

By far, this was one of the simplest banking transaction I have ever completed. I appreciated how they utilize technology to streamline the process and make everything so smooth. I literally applied online, uploaded my documents. I was contacted within 4 hours to review my credentials and was approved. I made an appointment to visit my local branch the following day. My appointment was 4:30pm with Gaby and I was walking out the door by 5pm fully approved, again you sign everything digitally and all documents delivered to you electronically. To my surprise, the funds were in my account the following morning. I couldn't have asked for a better banking experience. 5stars with ease!

I have been a returning customer. I have never had any problems either in the branch or in the phone. Of course the interest rate is high because these are unsecured loans. However they are convenient and fast.

Excellent customer care, Ms.Brenda Pezzia is very professional and gave me the option on taking my decision on what different plan they had. Thank you Brenda, keep up the good work !!!
