I received a pre-qualification email. I turned in all of Mymy documents. I had having difficulty getting approved due to 1099 employee. I guess the way I filed my 2020 taxes, it looked like I had no income. So I was denied at first. Luckily I switched over to full time employee and was able to provide check stubs with my biweekly income and now W2 employee. After all of the back and forth, I was approved, but less than the 13k I was preapprovrd for. But grateful someone gave me a chance, I paid some bills, my credit score should improve, then I will refinacrythe high interest loan. Liz really worked with me to try and get me approved

Use RESPONSIBLY!!!! Its good when you need the money, I recall that they helped me refinance a Loan Shark(title) loan that was 90%+ interest on a 2 year loan, however, I find their numbers aren’t that far off. Let me explain.... they paid off my 2500/90% title loan off. Yaaayyy you saved me, You have an interest rate at 30% for 4 years GREAT.... Well... That’s not too much lower than the 90%.... But you go in with the mindset of, I’ll pay it off FASTER by making the same payments as I was on the 90% loan, YES I’ll be paid off in a year or so at that rate. Then **Phone Rings** In a very sweet calming voice** Hey you have been SO GREAT with us we can offer to refinance your loan, could you use extra cash? Yes I could!!!!! Well after a couple refi’s I was about to do this again, because i was falling behind on payments, then they SLAP me again with the refinance, this time 5 years and like almost 40%..... HOLD UP!!!!!! That’s just as bad or WORST than the ORIGINAL Loan y’all helped me out of..... LET ME scrap up some money and PAY THIS OFF!!!! THEY Were Awesome.... even when I was behind they killed with service and kindness, but I was a Payment behind and a payment coming due, and I set up one payment to come out automatically. It bounced, my fault I admit, I Immediately(Same day) payed the bounced payment, then it took the bounced payment out again. This was part of my rent money now. I asked that they reverse one of those payments as it was CLEARLY a double payment... Sorry BUT...😐 Because you were behind we cannot reverse a payment.... Basically all I heard was “Fox* you Pay me!!!” WOW..... “Where’s all that we’re here to Help”... Now? So after having to be late on RENT... I noticed that I refi’d this loan to where I was up to $6100 and 30 something % DIZAM, my payment is $233, thats 2 years @ minimum at 0% interest to payoff at that rate.... I KNOW my interest is killing me now, this has to be a 4 or 5 year loan..... I instantly got my brain working, and was able to pay this OFF!!! In Short if you have a 401K... check your options there, with the climate now, my job has been majorly affected by Covid 19, and I was able to take the loan from there @3.5% 9-10 times less than here. and I have extra to compensate for a couple of bad pay periods. THANKS OneMain but NO THANKS!!! But if this helps you get out of a title loan or a payday loan!!!! I encourage it, use the extra payments to pay off QUICKLY!!! Or they will hit you with the “you need EXTRA Money? spill”.... AGAIN USE Responsibly! Thanks OneMain for the Lesson in Finance...

If only there was such thing as a no star rating. Poor customer service. It's a disappointment how customer accounts and payments are being handled. This branch withdrew money from my account without notice and without authorization. I have no email notification or record that they sent to me. I do not recommend Ever's branch. Ever. Lousy customer service.

They were great people who understand our need. It is pleasure to do business with One Main Financial. I will share other to follow with One Main Financial. Thank you.

They advertise that they know customers need help with unexpected times dont let them kid you I left two messages still waiting for that call all they had to say was we cant help you I would have move on sad momentary

Liz was very fast at helping me refinance my car loan! I had a wonderful experience at this branch! She finished my refinance in less than 3 hours!

They answer their phone once out of about 100 calls. That is not an exaggeration. It's super frustrating and annoying. Especially since you can not make your payment through other branches. The website for car payments never works. And forget the automated system too. But, this company can't even answer their phone to take payments. I would not recommend Springleaf Financial at this location. When I've called other locations they answer the phone. After the phone rings it allows you to leave a call back number but I've never received a call back from them. Ever. I've had them for about a year and can't wait to refinance somewhere else.

Please avoid this company at all cost, came into some hard time requested help. Instead of helping they harass and call my work for payment, when I clearly requested assistance for 1 month payment. Hope This never happens to their employees.

This is my 3rd loan. With onemain. I love this loan company ther is never no "bad" surprises - everything always goes just as planned thank you onemain

Great customer service and the best reps at the branch where my account is at. I would recommend them highly.
