Robert was my loan officer and he was extremely helpful and I enjoyed working with him. He was patient and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have ask for a better experience.

There isn't a low enough rating for this place. Do NOT do business with them. After applying for my loan I was approved, so I got new full coverage insurance, took off work and drove the 47 miles each direction to sign paperwork. I even called a few hours early just to confirm and was told yes, everything was fine. It was a bald face lie! So this company cost me over 200 bucks and didn't give me the loan. You'd have more honesty from doing business with a pawn shop.

Great customer service on the phone, applied and was called back within the hour with an approval! Friendly staff, knew everything I needed to bring with me before my appointment.

Rip off scheme, miss one month of payments and they try to double your monthly forever. You pay more in interest it feels like, then what you get out of the loan. the collections part is more professional and people friendly than this branch, this branch is money hungry and evil. I wouldn't get another loan from here now that I know how it is.

They should really tell you if you have had a bankruptcy in the past 10 years you are not eligible for a loan. Because of this you get a hard credit hit and they lowered my credit score because of it. That is not good business practices and very disappointing. Change your practices One Main Financial. If you aren't financially in a descent place, I would recommend avoiding this place. See the irony?

The person who transacted my loan was very friendly, honest, and open. He gave me all the information I needed to make the decision to obtain a loan, and processed it very quickly once I supplied the information he needed for the loan. He processed the loan on Friday afternoon, and the money was deposited in my bank account on Monday.

Called multiple times, Representative was never available, would not return my calls. After trying for 2 weeks, I went to another bank.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Its honestly that bad. I make between 3500 & 4000$ per month but they turned down my loan within 15 seconds ("after careful consideration" my ass). I'm a retail vendor, I visit a half dozen different stores per day and every one then and every customer in them will hear how badly I was treated.
