I have acute colitis, I went into the hospital for two weeks. I emailed OMF to let them know I’d be late making a payment. As soon as I got out of the hospital I called and left a message. When I finally talked to someone (I’m guessing Monica from the other reviews) she was beyond rude. She told me over the phone that “we have been trying to contact you everyday and you haven’t reached out to us once” which was a complete lie, I have the email I sent the day before my payment was due, the day I went into the hospital. She continually talked over me and indirectly called me a liar, saying I didn’t reach out and I did. She is an awful awful person. I feel bad for her coworkers and other OMF customers. She needs to not be dealing with customers. Everyone is going through a lot, this is a business and she was way over stepping her boundaries and getting personal.

I had a previous loan only a few months old, and an offer was sent to me to get a little extra money for the holidays or whatever, and the process I had to go through yet again, to get the small amount of money I received. None of my information changed, I had to resend pay stubs, verify my address. Ridiculous! Had to stop my supervisor from leaving early for the holiday weekend just to verify I work where I do. I haven't missed a payment on my previous loan nor been late. Like I said Ridiculous. Khris Wilson

Do not trust these people it’s Terrible service. They have what they call a “Float Around” worker who answers calls but doesn’t work at the office. I sent an email to get a refund because an extra $90 was paid to them but because she’s a float around worker there’s no way for them to stay in contact after she leaves. So I sent the email for no reason basically and now I’ve been waiting an entire months and a half for a refund that they had no idea about because of a float around worker who received my email but never said anything! Terrible business and workers! Having to send personal information to multiple people just for a refund!

I have never met more incompetent individuals in my life, especially Justin who was outright rude. If someone is looking for a loan I would suggest ANY place other than them. I was approved for a loan but then was denied days later as the "employees" entered in the wrong pay stub information, felt like more a scam company to get personal information from individuals. Also when I had gone into the location employee were sharing private information about borrowers in front of me and even joked with each other about someone who overpaid a loan and had requested the difference, but they conveniently keep "forgetting" to put the check in the mail for the individual.

It was a good experience. Epsy was ready for me and we went through the process very quickly. I would recommend her and one main to everyone

After I paid off my loan one main still tried taking a regular payment from me and said it was my bank asking for the money when I had spoken with my bank who said the charge was coming from one main. Monica with one main was rude and said I couldn’t understand her after I repeatedly told her the charge was coming from them. I only paid off my loan because I was already having so many issues with them. I disputed the transaction with my bank.

Monica is a horror of a person, don't deal with her. She will talk over you and give you incorrect information.

So when does it become the customers fault when they call in to make there payment an the said employee takes the payment but forgets to add on a charge which should have been added on at the time... Now wanting to charge double for the employees mistake of not catching it at the time.... How is that fair???
