OneMain Financial Trotwood Ave, Columbia

I was very disappointed in the the service I received. I informed them before I drove 25 miles that the back door on my vehicle was very messed up, but did open and shut. I was informed that it was fine, as long as the mileage was right and that it ran. The next day, I got my car to Columbia I was informed by a different employee (Because the one employee helping me was off for the day)that I may not have disclosed the damage, but they could not help me. However, he was willing to give an additional personal loan for 1500 on top of the debt that I was trying to consolidate.It was just poor business.

Nice people but I will never have another loan from OneMain. There's no way to check the remaining balance of my loan. I have to call the local branch to find out how much I owe. They give a pre-computed price if you were to have the loan for the full term. I was told I could find the payoff on their website under my account but when I go to check, it says to "call your local branch for payoff information." Absolutely ridiculous.

Cole and Lanette was amazing. Cole has walked me threw this loan and it was so easy. Lanette and Cole worked together to get the title on my trailer straight and helped me get it tagged. Excellent care and respect every time I have see them or called their office. If I ever get another big loan I will use One Main Financial. Great people..Thanks so much Cole and Lanette!!!

They were very helpful in consolidating credit card debt and getting us some extra cash for tires needed on my car. The staff in Columbia was very friendly and helpful though the whole process.

OneMain Financial has no idea how much they have changed our financial life when they approved me for my loan!!!! Thanks so much !!!!! I actually now have money left over each payday, where I was struggling to make several payments I had elsewhere..... Highly highly recommend for anyone to consolidate your bills with OneMain, and erase your financial worries!

I am very pleased was assisted very well, too bad the car dealer sit me up with a tore up clutch pressure plate flywheel and slave cylinder all bad and I had asked them to verify it was good before signing release and driving off their lead mechanic drove it and reported to me John Price James webb that everything was just fine and it had a racing clutch in it. I accepted their honesty, evidently honesty is not an honest word to use because the car barely made 2 hours and has been certified of the problem by a reputable Chevrolet dealer. As of 10/17/2018 Hyundai Columbia, Tn. Has refused to acknowledge "BBB" report that they LIED TO! One Maine Financial has been Spectacular in working with me while I still work to get on my feet because of "Hyundai Columbia "Lemon Sale" that's costing me $4913.00 for complete Clutch System!
