OneMain Financial Veterans Memorial Hwy, Hauppauge

This is my second load with One main. The local staff is very professional and I was out of the office in 30 minutes with a check after I began my refinance loan. They will work with you for payment dates and I must admit my employment keeps me all over the place so if I miss a payment they give me a friendly reminder, not a high pressure ( collecting a debt) nasty phone call. The branch manager and the girls in the office especially Angie S. are a pleasure to work with, always professional and they truly appreciate your business. Hard to find these days.

Online says approved.... 1st lady, Angie said I am approved with x amount. Doesnt return my phone calls then doesnt tell me she leaves on vacation for a week. So the second lady tells me I'm approved for a lower amount, yet I'm not approved at all.... Stay away. They lie to you and communication is horrific. They even had me send in personal information for my loan and lost it!

No way on God's green earth is anybody giving this place 4 stars. They charge usury rates and if you are a day late the whole staff will call you. The only reason you would walk through the door is if your desperate and Vinnie the chin turns you down.

Working with Angie and John was simple and easy. It was such a relief to know I could trust their company and consolidate my debt quick and easy!

Horrible, horrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend them. Communication was horrible, Laura didn't return any of my phone calls. I tried multiple times reaching out. One woman, I don't remember her name unfortunately had hung up on me when I called in regards to the loan I had been aiming for.

Absolute pleasure. No stress no hassle. Laura was awesome to deal with. The Manager was just as pleasant. Would definitely recommend this branch to everyone. As for the WESTBURY BRANCH, stay away from them. Nothing but stress and aggravation there.

Laura was horrible in communication! Thank goodness I didn’t continue with the loan. I’d rather take that lost with a hit with my credit Please go else were for loans like your trusted bank.

I responded to an email promo when I had an unanticipated debt and the local OneMain office responded. I processed the paperwork and was approved for a managable monthly payment within three days. I am very pleased.

I’ve been calling since last week trying to get a loan I was pre approved for & I haven’t gotten the help I’ve been asking for. Very frustrating in these difficult times.

Helped me in a time of need. hard to get funding elsewhere and one main saved me fast and easy process. low payments and helped rearrange my messy bills.
