This Branch did so well with Mac, but the new manager is rude and don't know how to talk to people rushing you off without listening. Wish I used a different location at this point

I will never borrow money from them again! Horrible policies! If you accidentally make a double payment. They will require a bank statement even though it clearly shows that they have two payments from you. Then it takes 2 weeks to get your money back. But takes them 5 secs to take your money from your account. Never AGAIN!

Ridiculously high interest rates. They even added an100 set up fee. Interest rate was nearly 30 percent and my credit score was 621. I immediately refinanced with my credit union and get a 12 percent interest rate. This company uses loan shark tactics! STAY AWAY!

i advise ppl to never apply bc once your in it, there no way u can pay it off due to the high interest rate. This company is like a shark out to to get your head.

They have horrible service. They leave you on hold and then the phone disconnects. They need new colleagues that know there job. Also need someone with great customer service.

I have never heard of this company until two of its employees showed up at my door in the middle of the night. They were asking for the homeowner by first name only. Never heard of this company, and I do all the finances, so I know there is no business with them. Told them not interested, and they insist on coming back to speak to the first named homeowner. I called police because this is sus af. Never heard of them until tonight.

Horrible place there policy's make absolutely no since at all, I am married to my husband but they can not use both of our income because his income is his income that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard in my life!!! Do not use this company!!! We had a loan through them that we made payments regularly not one missed or late payment but apparently marriage means nothing to these people!!

Very rude people, I had changed my date to make a payment thinking it had been done and I called and they say it cannot be done and I have emails that the had approved it. I am so fed up with One Main Financial. BIG MISTAKE getting loan from them with their HIGH interest rates!!!

Do not take loan from One Main. They will be taking 70% of your monthly payment as interest. And interest VERY HIGH. DO not ever take loan from them

The Ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. It was super simple to get a little extra cash that I needed quickly
