Lied to me several times to get me in to redo my title loan for more money. After I signed the papers I found out what I was told was not the case, I still couldn't have the title to my car or sell it unless they approved the sale. Can't wait to pay this off and never do business with one main again.

They do high risk loans. Expect to pay a premium for interest rate. This is their business model. Don't expect low interest rates. It's not what they do. That being said Jenna and all the staff have taken care of me many times. I appreciate all the times they have assisted me.

Worst company to work with. They refuse to honor the Service Member Civil Relief Act. Gave me several conflicting stories why, none of it makes sense. I will never work with them again. I highly DO NOT recommend this company. They haven't given me a statement in months. I call every month and play their games, but still haven't seen a single statement, online or in my mailbox. I can't wait to pay this off ASAP.

The people at one main are not friendly AT ALL! They harass you, sometimes even before due dates. I love the comment I read about they are like the MAFIA. So on point.Then ,trying to make a payment online is impossible. The website is awful, the info is incorrect or non existant, a scary experience, and this company is big! I don't get it at all.

Called about a offer letter I received. Heather said she would call me back, well it’s been over a week without a single word. Thanks Heather for making me go else where, and lose business.

Horrible customer service I have been a loyal customer with them and during my husband’s active duty service for Covid they refused to talk or help with my situation they play pass the phone Dustin the branch manager there refuses to deal with anything and blames it on short staffing! I will Never be using them again! I would not recommend them to anyone!

The whole process was very easy and painless. Each person I worked with was exceptional. While I know they are a business, they made me feel that my best interests were on the forefront. Would recommend them to anyone.

I dealt with Heather at my loan's closing. I was treated with respect. I had all my questions answered, and my loan was direct deposited the following day. In a pinch, this is a very easy and professional lender to deal with.

Only if you have absolutely no other option! Interest rates are in-line with the Mafia. I would rather deal with a used car salesman. They truly don't care about you, just their quota.

I will never borrow a dime from this company again. They NEVER respond to complaints. Their numbers never match up and they can never explain it. Interest rates are worse than the mafia. Borrow from the Mafia before this company!
