Deceiving tactics. Filled out application on line and was approved for $5000 unsecured $10,000 secured. Called in spoke to a very nice man named Sheldon and finalized everything. Called back a week later and spoke to a rude and dismissive person named Drew. Says he doesn’t have any loan options anymore. Complete waste of time and caused my score to drop.

I start getting calls 5 days before the due date is even here. I am not a new client. My loan have been open for almost 3 years and paid. I have gone in the grace period just a few times but made to feel like I habitually abuse my account. In times of pandemic crisis they still making calls to make sure they get paid.

This place is a strange lending institution . With the high interest I have been a good customer on time. I came in for a small $8000 loan and was handled like a number not a loyal customer! They lost a good do to arrogance and lack of respect for loyalty! Never again, when I came in with the title to my Acura MDX it was all great! Now I need a small loan and have to jump hurdles!

The lady i worked with both time I’ve been there was so very nice. And went over all the paperwork so I could see what I was signing for.

They keep calling me and calling me acting so dumb and always asking “ what’s your last name “ they are so annoying and when i tell them to remove my number out of their system they’re like “ i can’t do it if i don’t have your last name “ 🤦🏻‍♂️

The staff was rude and took forever to get back to me just to tell me they never received my documents. I then re-sent them and got a phone call back within 10 min with some bogus excuse to why they can’t provide me with a loan although I am a returning customer, have pretty good credit, and made an ample amount of money this prior year. I believe the guy who was dealing with my app just didn’t want to work with me... talked to me like I’m an idiot. GTFOH interested are astronomical anyway. Thank goodness I was approved through my bank GTE!

The loan process was super convenient I was able to submit all my documents online and the approval process was quick. I received my funds the next business day! The staff are all professional and friendly. I totally recommend OneMain Financial!

They will only give you a loan if you have collateral such as a free and clear vehicle. If they told me that from the beginning I would have never let them pull my credit. Now I dont have a loan and a hit on my credit report. Very shady business.
