I worked with Heather. Never having a loan before, I was new to the process and no one else would even talk to me. Heather walked me through it and was optimistic about getting me approved. She went above and beyond what she *had* to do to help me with my loan. On top of that, she was friendly, which is not something many others in the loan business can say. I’m happy I used OMF and will recommend them (heather) to friends in the future.

My husband and i filled out an application over the weekend to consolidate some debt. Called Monday morning to confirm they received application and they did but needed more information. Was redirected to Eddie and gave him the information that was a repeat of what was already on my application. He said everything looked good and he didn't see a problem with it and would send it off. He said he would get back to me that afternoon or Tuesday morning. By Wednesday afternoon still had not received any word from them. I called again and spoke with andrew who said your application was not approved based on credit. Well we know we had poor credit thats why we applied with springleaf instead of our bank. If this is solely credit based why waste peoples time with an extensive application, high hopes and then cant even call to let them know they were denied. Terrible waste of time. If you have a low credit score you will not get approved. Don't waste your time with this company

I have dealt with One Main since it was Springfield Finance and the agents have always been courteous and helpful.

Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. Have been doing business with them for a while and will continue. Thank you all for your help.

You are just not gonna find a better company to work with than these folks here at Main One !!! They not only took me on as a client, they believed in me when others didnt think i was riskable enough for a loan. They have helped me out in raising my credit score, personal one on ones and above all, just talking to me like a normal person and giving such good advice. I love this Company and would do business with them again !

The ladies and gentleman here were so kind, helpful and patient. They helped me over the phone and when I came with 3 little kids, they couldn't have been more accommodating. Crystal and Stacy are just as sweet as sugar pie!
