Referred my daughter to apply with them. I sent her to another location not this one but since she applied online it sent here. It took 2 days for an answer. They took all her info qualified her for a decent amount which was more than she requested. Then they told her no we couldn’t get it approved after all due to her being part time?? Really. It took Them 2 days to see she was part time when all that was disclosed the initial day. I know it was not credit n because she has good. Next time review application thoroughly and do not waste people time. If partirme was the issue state it right away.

Not helpful when you need it. The insurance is a scam do I do not recommend paying for it. Interest is decent but the terms are outrageous. Never again would I come back.

My loan representative was very detailed in Explaining my loan options and loan terms to me. The process was short and fast.

This place is crazy busy all day, I always got a call back after leaving message for my officer misty and spoke with several other office members who were all nice and answered all my questions when she was with another customer. I read the other reviews and just think people get mad when they don't have an approval they like. The process is easy submit your documents then provide detailed information about past credit accounts and set an appointment, I had the option to come in or do everything digitally. Its fairly quick funding same day if no issues I was told as long my address was updated on all documents there shouldn't be any issues with same day funding otherwise funds available in am. Which is still pretty fast. I have thought about coming here plenty of times got referred by a friend and glad I called in. If you need extra $ they can help even if your credit not so good.

Quintin and Misty very unprofessional and rude. Every time I tried to speak, they would interrupt me. Misty said once documents are submitted, she would assist. Never received a call from, so I went to the facility only to be told they work by appointments only. I’m okay with appointments but why wasn’t I told this information with our first conversation This is by far the most unprofessional facility. Next I will leave my opinion with BBB If you’re thinking about doing business with the company. Please reconsider.

I had never gotten a loan before until last year, I did it with speedy cash and it was the worse thing I’ve ever done. They were horrible! I swore I would never get another loan with them and that I would do my research better. I needed to get a loan, I stopped by this location and Wendy Umanzor helped me. She told me everything I needed to bring, she explained everything to me, and answered all my questions and concerns. Overall I am very happy I came here. If you need assistance please ask for her, you’ll be very pleased.

Wendy is very rude and she doesn’t know how to communicate or explain the process. Doesn’t even give you time to ask questions or converse on your concerns.

The staff is always helpful and cordial, so it is very inviting to stop in to handle business. Keep up the GREAT WORK, I truly appreciate the help.
