Liz was extremely nice and very professional. She was able to answer all my questions and if she didn’t know something, she did not hesitate to ask her fellow coworkers. Everyone in the office was nice and friendly. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for someone to call you 3-4 times a day and email you, and leave you voicemails, this is the place. If they get a hint you might want a loan, they will call you non-stop for days and not leave you alone.

Worst bank to go to if you need a loan. DO NOT GO HERE. SCAM SCAM SCAM they literally are SO rude and then offer you the WORST interest rates. I don't know her name but she worked in the back office and she was so rude. I will never go there again or even recommend. I usually never do these ratings, but I feel so completely outraged at the service and the offers. They are a complete joke. Save yourself some time and anger and go to a loan shark instead. They will offer better rates and kinder people.

This bank is an absolute joke, they did a Favor for a friend loan from south lake auto body (Aaron @ southlakeautobody) they knew the truck was a lemon, never again, I don’t even think they do car loans, and when u do get a regular loan from them the interest rate is unbelievable , it’s not even worth it, they get in your personal business also, if u need money find another alternative, we are still paying this loan back after years and the truck is long gone, I could go on but not even worth it

First of all, you need to understand they are not a bank; they're a finance company. Don't go in thinking you're going to get a loan at a bank's interest rate. That is NOT how finance companies work. Once you start with that understanding, your expectations of what to expect will change as well. Yes they will offer all of these other add on options to your loan in order to make an extra few bucks here and there but you just say "No thank you" to those things. These folks are SUPER EASY TO WORK WITH when trying to apply for a loan, and IF YOU KNOW OR SUSPECT YOU'RE GOING TO BE LATE ON YOUR PAYMENT, LET THEM KNOW IN ADVANCE. They will work with you on that. You just have to give them a heads up.

Stephanie has helped me twice and she does a great job everytime! She answers my questions and always tries to get me the best deal. I would highly recommend her and the company. If I need her she always returns my calls immediately. Great customer service!!!!!

Very nice people. The process is difficult and lengthy unless you have a credit score in the 800's. We didn't. They want to rope you into numerous different products to prolong the pain and that make them A LOT of extra money on their commission checks. BEWARE! When we took the most basic program, on a SECURED LOAN....AT 24%, and did not buy any add-on's the attitudes all changed. Further, they won't buy down your loan by offering you any of these extra cost options. It's all on you, and they bully and intimidate you if you don't buy. It's a HARD CLOSE, all the way. I wouldn't use them again for anything except the most critical of loans. I would recommend getting a conventional loan from a standard lending institution if at all possible or buying out your contract with One Main at the earliest possible date, to save yourself a TON of money.

They don't give loans to everyone I was denied a week ago and my cs is 700.. I had a loan with them about 12-16 months ago paid it off and no late payments !.. I do agree they have high interest

Not only did they help us with a small loan but they were friendly and fast! Would definitely recommend them!
