Awesome the process was approved in less than an hour the girls there where great and the money was in my account within 24chours highly recommend them.

One thing I have to say is they made it very easy took 1day to complete with my money in the bank the next day and the payback is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend they helped me when Nobody else would without judging me and even worked with my credit which is not perfect THANK YOU OneMain Financial

Predatory lending at its best. Also they don't have details of your account past 18 months. They dont answer the phone most of the time and their APR is actually illegal in some states.

Chaotic "business". The Left Hand Doesn't Know What the Right Hand is Doing! I got an "offer to apply" for a loan in the mail. I applied online and was called and told I was approved for $6900! Yay! So the guy calls the local branch at 3:30 in the afternoon to make an appointment for the next day and no one answers the phone! This is a business and they don't answer the phone? So he tells me to upload my driver's license, a bank statement and voided check to their site so the local branch would have it already and save time. The next day I show up at the branch and couldn't open the door because I had to be buzzed in. I walk in and no one gets up to greet me. I have to yell across the store my name and that I have an appointment. No one was expecting me and they look confused. They finally look in the computer and see my appointment. Then they ask me for a bank statement, a voided check and my license!! I wasted my time uploading them the day before. Then the "agent" tells me I qualify for $12,000!! Yay!! They need my home insurance policy, my car insurance policy, my property tax bill, a copy of my credit card statements. I told her I would have brought those if someone had called me and told me to bring them. I get a blank stare. So I drive 15 miles back home in the pouring rain to get all these items. After that I am told the home office had only approved me for $5000! What the heck? Is it $6900, 12,000 or 5,000? I turned it down. What a waste of time, gasoline and my efforts. The branch has no idea what the head office is doing and visa versa. They are unprofessional. If you try them, good luck! You have been warned.

Ridiculously high interest rates... almost 1 year of paying every month on time and somehow my loan balance is over my original loan amount. I dont even know how that is possible!
