Sent a letter saying we would get between a certain amount then auto-decline through their website. Thought I selected to high amount so redid the application and was permanently not being processed. I would not recommend!!!!

Do not use this Company!! They always have excuses why you do not have an answer weeks after you give them information. We always have to call them and after 2 weeks we just called and more excuses!!! Don’t waste your time! No worthy of your valuable time!! Never ran credit report and it’s been a week! Told her NOT to run my credit after today’s conversation! So Blessed that God said NO not this one!! It was his answer to protect us!! Cindy was our whatever and she fumbles for words why she doesn’t have it after 2 weeks! Now our credit will have another hard inquiry on it since we have to go somewhere else. I will dispute this on my credit report!!!!!!

Donna, Curtis Lamont and Cynthia delivered outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to work out a solution for me. Everything happened in a timely fashion and there was transparent communication throughout. Donna and Lamont made me feel valued and appreciated. The folks at this branch are outstanding representatives of One Main! No clue why someone would leave anything less than 5 stars. And also for Lamont #howboutthemcowboys ? Thank you all for everything!

A big reason why we have been doing business for many years with ONE MAIN is because there was very little run around when we needed a new loan. We would just go to their office and walk out with a new loan. This was definitely not the case for our new loan. Lots of run-around etc. It took all afternoon. We were not happy with all the runaround!!!

I can’t even explain the hassle because it would be a novel. But they really need to do better. One of the problems I will say, is if someone is out why should the customer have to wait till they return to get help, seems as though there’s no communication or at least not good communication between the team. Also the laziness is exhausting....it’s always I can’t, I don’t know, I don’t have an answer. Well how bout we find out I’m sure it’s someone you could call for the answer. How can I refer someone if there’s no info to give them. That’s sad.

From start to finish, Allison Ryan, was in constant communication with me by phone and emails. Went over everything that was required and the whole process of the loan application. Closing the loan was an extremely easy process. Allison made me aware of all the documents I was signing, went over all the loan details as well. Very detailed and I had a wonderful experience. Worst experience ever with a loan company. Applied online , received a call from Donna saying I was approved sent in all the documents necessary. A week later I'm still getting the runaround and now a hard hit on my credit has been taken, they said i wasn't approved not mentioning I have emails and voicemails saying that I was approved for a loan. Definitely find somewhere else to go this. This place is horrible . All they do is make you wait and tell lies. I will take this higher to get removed off my credit .

Allison was amazing and so helpful from the start! You can tell she loves her job and loves helping people!! Everything that she said would happen happened... she was spot on!! Thanks Allison! We greatly appreciate everything you’ve done for us!!!

Mom got her loan 3 days ago was told it would be in bank early this a.m. now they are telling her they don't know when it will be because the money has to come out of state and their banks might be closed. If she would have known this she would have went to another finance company. One that at least keeps thier word or knows what is actually going on.

Donna and Cynthia are awesome. I have had to use the insurance several times and they have always been great.
