Worst Place to secure a Loan. The branch manager, and the Lady Terry Strong are all incompetent. Their cooperate office needs to look into the daily business activities. Either they are not fully trained on how to close Loans or they all need to be replaced. I applied for a personal loan and the lady told me I was approved. Instead of informing me about all the documents I need before coming to the office, they made me you go back and forth like I don't have anything else to do. if they have a careline, I strongly recommend the head office to make some investigation as to why customers keep getting turn away after being approved for a loan.

I went to apply for a loan knowing my credit wasn’t very good but I had really good collateral I wasn’t even asked about my Collateral even after telling The agent that I had collateral and of course a hard credit check was done which lowered my credit number I explained all this to him he just didn’t care. I told him about my credit and told him I did not want to run this credit check if you did not consider my collateral. He did what he wanted and that was exactly what I asked him not to do so of course my credit score got lowered and I was denied how is a person supposed to rebuild your credit with people like him

OMG what an experience. The staff was professional and offered coffee, or other drinks. Anna was the greatest and explained the terms of the loan in easy to understand language. What a pleasant experience. I will recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you so much.

Let me start out by saying that although they say that it is a soft inquiry and won't affect your score, it is a hard inquiry and it affects your credit score bug time. Secondly, I applied online and was approved for 10k. I thought all was good with yhe loan until I faxed over a copy of my drivers license which clearly shows that I'm African American . Suddenly, this Army veteran who has been on my job for 17 years did not qualify. I would truly like to know how many African Americans are approved online then turned down in the office ir once they see the brown face coming across their fax. Yes, this is America...... and yes this is Kentucky if you catch my meaning. This was the 2nd time that this company approved me online then the office decided to turn me down. Never again. My credit score dropped over 50 points after their "soft inquiry". Never again. And if your dark skin tone is not from a tan don't bother applying

The person who handles my account was very helpful. She explained all of the details. She gets a 5 STAR . Her name was Linda .the bad thing was the very high interest rate. 1 Star . On line I found one with 8 points less .
