DON'T DO IT! Going through hard times and trying to figure stuff out alone is way better than taking help that will cost you triple. No matter the payment or amount left on the loan. They will put one dollar towards your payoff.

I have gotten a second loan through them and apparently things work differently. On my statements its showing issues so I called. After doing my own research I figured out what the issues were and they told me I would get a call latter. After the weekend passed I got a phone call and was berated by their reginal or higher office. I explained to them that I understood and I did not need any more information. They continued to tell me that I was wrong so I hung up on them. I have statements to prove what I have claimed but "I am wrong".

Received a lovely letter in the mail of a possible $4,000 loan which is way more than I'd ask for. After calling and talking to a representative turns out they can't even offer me $2. So the sole point of the letter in the mail addressed to me was literally just to get them another applicant and a COMPLETE waste of my time.

WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. 1 INTEREST RATES ARE CRAZY HIGH. BETTER OFF GOING TO UR BANK 2 THEY STATE ANY OF THE INSURANCE YOU PURCHASE IS REFUNDABLE AT ANY TIME, THEN WHEN YOU PAY IT OFF EARLY AND TRY TO BE REFUNDED THEY DECIDE TO KEEP IT. 3 THEY LIE AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND ALL THE TIME RESULTING IN MULTIPLE CALLS A DAY AND A WEEK. So unless you like to waste your time and money and enjoy being lied to stay away from these predatory crooks.

Decent rates for a starter loan to build credit. Good customer Service and easy to work with.

Went above and beyond to help me get a truck loan and the only reason for 4 stars was cuz of some miss communication but nothing too serious..... Shelby was awesome to me and my wife through the whole process

*****They lended the money. We are paying it back. As long as it stays that way, everything is fine. No suprises.Update * 06/21/18there was a surprise, no payments pulled for Three months, now I have to pay 3x in one month. "They don't know why." Ridiculous. Update:07/06/18 they pulled twice in one week which completely screwed us over! I called many times, many days,&they even said they would call me back, no one that could help me was available, finally after a week&a half of waiting for my check in the mail,that they never had sent,I told them to just credit it to the next payment. Ridiculous. Update:Aug2018we wanted to refinance our current loan&pay off another loan with heights since credit had improved&loan was smaller.we were discussing a sure loan that would improve our situation and we just needed a little time to confirm things.they called a few times, encouraging to come on in and seal the deal.boyfriend got off work that Monday and I postponed my busy schedule so that we could go to Columbia(hour drive) for our appointment with them. They call us 15 min before we were going to head out the door to say that the loan is a no-go, that things would be worse if we tried to even refinance just the one loan!! Anita was super nice, I loved her. But the place has no time to genuinely take care of their customers.

My wife and I got a loan and everything was ok until we got a new loan said it would lower our interest rates, when it did the exact opposite plus we should have gotten a refund for some insurance we had since we paid it off early then was told we wouldn't get one because it was prorated off our final payment, got the statement in the mail explaining it but makes no since, never again from now on if I need a loan I'll go to Missouri credit union since they have low rates, I never felt like we was being treated right and so glad we never have to deal with them again, I will be looking into see if we were ripped off and if so will be going to small claims court

Kiah the manager at the conley location is awesome. She understands human circumstances and will work with you. I appreciate her.
