I filled out the prequalified application to see if I would be approved so it wouldn’t hurt my credit. When I got the approval, I went ahead and hit submit. What I did not know until after they have pulled my credit report is, you’re approved if you have a car with a title or you don’t owe much left on your car. Now I have a hard inquiry on my credit and if I had of known this was the requirement, I never would have applied. This information needs to be explained or made clear because I was looking for a personal loan not a title loan.

The staff are friendly and very informative. They work fast to get you what you need. Shannon Jackson is an amazing representative. She goes above and beyond to make sure your file is handled effectively and efficiently.

Very rude just left this place I’m convinced they assume because your looking for a loan your desperate. They didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in and they were completely empty I see why when I announced why I was there and asked who could assist me all of them put their heads in their computers and still ignored me until the white guy steps up and say how can I help after looking frustrated I walked out was know longer interested it’s not cool to judge off appearances or maybe it was my accent either way no one should be discriminated against laughed it off maybe their just mad they have to work on the holidays lol

DO NOT Get a loan with One Main Financial!!!! I borrowed from them out of complete desperation and I've regretted it since. High rates. If you are late ONE day, you will receive about ten calls from One Main Daily. Horrible customer service. I strongly urge you to think carefully about borrowing from this company.

I both enjoyed and appreciate all that OneMain Financial has done for me. I was able to get out of debt and they gave me simple and affordable monthly payments.

My representative (Shannon) was very helpful and professional throughout the process. There was no rush and anything that was not understood was explained in detail. I had a pleasant experience

My experience was Bad because of the customer service they gave to me at first. When she find out that I have a decent credit so I can get approved for a $5,000 loan then she start being nice to me I am 29 years old and I have no knowledge about credit and loans whenever I try to ask multiple questions they seem to be mad or upset don't want to answer give me only short answers don't seems like they want to help me understand my loan my payments et. I would not recommend this one main financial on Covington Highway to anyone... if you do be prepare to get some type of attitude by someone when I ask too much questions

Been waiting for a week to get a loan. I go to the office they tell me they will call me back later, they never call. I called everyday multiple times and they say leave my name and number and they will call me back .A week later they still ain't called back . I guess I'll try calling again today , Still waiting on my call back Shannon

Customer Service is horrible. They are rude, intrest rate is extremely high. I hate I even dealt with this company. Can't wait to pay them off. I will never deal with this company again. Advise anyone to not do business with this company.
