OneMain Financial Broadway St, Quincy

It is nothing but being bullied by Josh, who is the manager. Kept pushing and pushing and starting arguments all because I wouldn't sign up for auto payments on my account, the Quincy branch has gone to hell with how they treat customers ever since Lori, Carrie, and Garth all quit due to the way they were treated. I would not recommend this company to anyone anymore, they do not care about anything except money and how they can bully ppl into doing what they want. I have used this company for many years but once I am paid up I wont be using them anymore. My advice... go somewhere else !

They push the insurance way to much and is a hassle to get it taken off. But they do reimburse you for what you “supposedly paid” good for people in a dire bind. The pushing for insurance is nothing personal I don’t think just business.legal loan sharks but you need the extra cash so it is what is.

They exceeded what I was expecting. Once I gave them all the information they needed via email they were able to put a package together for us. I went in and I signed off on the computer and the other signee was sent the info to also sign. Within a few hours we were done!

Maria is very friendly,detailed and prompt. I really enjoyed doing business with her.

The women that work at the Quincy IL branch are amazing! They take the time to listen to you and explain everything for no chance of confusion or misunderstandings. They treat you like a real person placing no judgement and doing anything they can to help you. I would highly recommend them!

Seemed to be great at first...pushed on auto pay, once agreed the pymt date was way off of what wanted and said so but said there is big deal to change it now and would change this and that that I'm not sure. I agreed as of course no matter the due date was to be paid. Well said it would be easy to change later and just call them if funds weren't in there. Well once that phone call was made I was hit dbled on charges and returns and 3 months of it after calling each time...then find out I haven't paid their fees and that would be added at the end of the loan. After having account for 30 yrs of minimal such as 1 or 2 overdrafts the bank had us close the account. And still owe more than borrowed and thru the banks mistake of depositing money in sons account instead of ours, I'm totally backed up in fees and charges everywhere....staying in contact with one Maine was the cutting of my throat. They hit harder. Loan sharks fits perfectly and DO NOT AUTO PAY....
