Michelle and Johnathan were very helpful in helping me resolve my problem in getting a refund to my account. The were friendly, polite and courteous, and kept me informed about the progress of what they were working on, on my behalf. They leave you feeling as if you are a valued customer, and were in no rush to get me off the line, making sure that every question was answered. I love working with One AZ Credit Union, and have been with them for years. Both Michelle and Jonathan left me feeling like I am part of the One AZ family, and seemed to appreciate my business, as much as I appreciated their help. More financial institutions need employees like this, they were over the top, and I would rate them a 10!

Always a great experience with getting assistance and help with general questions & answers. OneAZ so far has been miles above the rest when it comes to customer service and the ease at which to bank/online banking. Id like to mention Michelle who was my Virtual Service Representative, she got all my questions answered and helped me with any concerns I had in app as well as solve some issues I ran into during the banking side of things. She not only fixed the issues but she also gave some great tips and insight into how to make things go a little smoother from that point on. That one experience alone is 100% better than what I ran into dealing with WF

Sarah made sure that I understood that she was there to help me and took all the time that I needed to ask questions and come to understand my concerns about an account for which I needed to adjust payments. Joanna was my contact for getting a car loan. She was very knowledgeable and quite helpful. On the phone, Joanna thoroughly explained the details and answered all my questions. The loan was fast and simple. The percentage rate was amazing! Joanna was very easy to talk to. She has a very happy personality. I enjoyed working with Joanna.

We had an excellent experience working with Mortgage Loan Officer Kylie Shintaku at OneAZ. Kylie guided us through the home loan process with diligence, resourcefulness, compassion, and the ideal kind of professionalism: all through the process, we felt secure in her knowledge and insights, and we also felt that we were working with someone who cared about our dream to own a home as much as we did. We cannot praise or recommend Kylie highly enough. Without question, we would choose to work with her again anytime, and would advise our friends to do the same. We also had a great experience working with Virtual Mortgage Manager Rich Osborn and Mortgage Fulfillment Loan Processor Melinda Craig, both of whom always made time to answer our questions and update us on the loan progress.

Today I talked with a Banker Melissa G. from AZ CU. I'm giving her a 5 star rating because it was at the end of a long day and she helped me alot with my banking needs. Her cheerful voice was calming to me and I realized what a great AZ One CU that I am a member of. She told me that I have been a long time customer. Friendly bank agents are hard to come by and I wanted to let the AZ One CU know that Melissa G is a number 1 customer service agent. I appreciate her professionalism and willingness to help even at the end of my day. Thanks again!!

I was dealing with Melissa today and what a great experience!. She was so friendly to talk with and helped me resolve my issue right away. It is no nice to talk with someone who not only is knowledgeable but makes you feel good while helping you. I only hope when someone calls in, they get to talk to Melissa.

Despite a less than stellar experience with a different branch, Garrett at this branch restored our faith in using OneAZ for our banking. He was extremely professional and quickly helped me through an issue that I’d been trying to get solved for quite some time, and then went further to make sure that he followed up with me regarding my account. He remained loyal to his employer without disregarding my frustration, and was just in general a joy to bank with. Thanks Garrett!

The customer service I received from their member services phone line was top notch. Melissa was so patient with me (my young children noisy in the background). She solved my issues quickly but with such a kind demeanor. Truly hard to get that kind of service these days!

I had a question about an overdraft fee on one of my kids’ accounts, so I used the chat window in the app to get some clarification. Michelle Watson answered right away and was very professional. I've been a member of this credit union for over 30 years. In all that time, there has never been a moment when I was unhappy with the customer service or staff members ability to deal with whatever my issues have been. The assistance provided by Melissa G. yesterday (Feb 15) was no exception. I had a problem that I could not tell whether it was the OneAz Credit Union website or if it was my pc. Melissa was pleasant and assured me we could find an answer. She asked me questions about the steps I had taken to resolve the issue and made a suggestion about additional steps I should try. She waited on line while I tried them. I think the first one worked. The issue seemed to be my browser. Thank you.

I recently refinanced my car loan from Navy Federal Credit Union, this saved me a ton of money and my interest rate was cut in half! I really didn't have any clue what I was getting into, I called figuring I could at least begin the process and after working with Joanna Kelleher (love love love her) it was finished by end of day! She was able to simplify the process so I could understand the process completely and I deeply appreciate everything she did for me. Wish I could leave 10 stars for her customer service alone!

Malinda was most helpful and patient when I called for assistance with my new account. She was very knowledgeable and even clearly explained a misunderstanding on the eligibility for additional interest rate savings for my new car loan which I was thrilled to hear! I am so grateful that Calvin Dickerson was the employee at my Credit Union who answered the phone when I called. I actually had difficulty finding someone who could help me change the address on my mortgage. In doing so he actually alerted me to a situation I wasn't aware of which could have cost considerably in interest. He was so patient with me as I'm not tech smart. He not only took care of my original request, but the problem I wasn't aware of. Kudos to One Arizona was employing one so capable, and patient to help an old great grandmother. Melissa was such a big help to me. I had an issue with a utility company saying they didn't receive my payment and my bank probably mailed a check. Melissa reviewed my account and verified they had received my payment electronically. I contacted the utility company and they did in fact receive my payment electronically the day before the payment was due. Thank you, Melissa your awesome!!!

Malinda Horlick from the Pinnacle Peak Branch of OneAZ Credit Union was amazingly helpful today. She rather quickly helped me with a fraud dispute due to two stolen credit cards. She was concise, professional and thorough. She was also kind and competent.

Today I called asking for help to setup auto pay and Dennis really made it easy for me to do what I needed to do. Awesome customer service and pin point accuracy with how to generate mobile bank process! She was a pro!

Christina was so pleasant and personable, changing a due date isn't an exciting activity, but she made it enjoyable with a mix of professionalism and personal touch. So many customer service reps are robotic, not Christina. 10/10, OneAZ has been a great lender to work with.

Dandra Leos in the Tucson Oracle/Orange Grove office did a great job of guiding me through the process of buying a used car. It has been 12 years since I have done that and I was not looking forward to it. But Dandra's professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness moved us through the application submission, approval, and buying of the car much quicker and easier than I had anticipated, making it a pleasant experience, for which I am very thankful.

The experience that I had with these folks was incredible. Michael Campas was very easy to work with and expedited a car loan in under 2 hours. I have never had an easier time getting a car loan. It was straight forward with no ifs ands or buts!

Our financial advisor told us to get information about mortgages from different types of financial institutions. We ultimately chose OneAZ Credit Union. We are glad that we did. Kylie Shintaku is simply the BEST mortgage person that we have ever interacted with over the many experiences that we had over multiple decades. Cheerful, and most important, HELPFUL. I love this credit union. I have been with them ~20 months and have had ~8 interactions with them (mostly via telephone). Three things are VERY CONSISTENT: helpful, cheerful, and short hold times (usually ~2 minutes or less).

Called regarding fraudulent activity on account. Melissa was very helpful and knowledgeable. She advised me about registering my card and gave helpful hints to help prevent future fraud. Melissa is an asset to the company and customers alike.

I called the help number and spoke with Sarah. Sarah walked me through the problem and resolved it effortless. She is smart and kind. I hope all the customer service agents at OnAZ Credit Union are as good as Sarah.

I called and spoke to Celine about a NSF fee and even though the fee fault, they waive the fee. Celine was not only very professional but personable as well. Then I also had login issues with my account and Celine was very patient and walked through the whole process is fixing my account. Joanne Stambaugh is a rare breed in Customer Service. She actually cared and offered exceptional service. We had called the Help line earlier & were not given any options or assistance in accomplishing what we needed. We called again and Joanne answered. She offered options, double checked to ensure there would be no issues and gave us step by step instructions to accomplish what we needed. We had seriously been considering leaving OneAZ back in January, due to an issue that caused us time & money. The Help gentleman we spoke to prior to getting Joanne, had us thinking we should have changed to another bank. Joanne kept that from happening. She’s a gem you should treasure. She could assist other reps in how to work with people.

So I went to OneAZ Credit Union to take advantage of their competitive rates. Staff was great at the Happy Valley Branch. Sadly, the information they get in training is inaccurate. My loan quickly went sour when the initial rep set up my paperwork. She did not do her job properly and in the end caused incredible grief with a car title and sale. Initially, nobody knew anything and had no answers. It was only because I didn't stop, we uncovered the mistake. In the end it cost me an additional 150.00 bucks I was told I would get back but haven't. They offered nothing more than an apology for their oversight and did nothing to compensate moving forward. If you're buying a car out of lease and looking for a loan with them, GO ELSWHERE!!! They do not know what they are doing!!!

I had a wonderful experience with OneAZ Credit Union when purchasing my Tesla. I filled out the financing application over the weekend and Isaac contacted me first thing Monday morning and got the process started. Isaac was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive! By that afternoon the check had already been mailed to Tesla and the entire process was complete. This is really a credit to Isaac’s knowledge and efficiency and I appreciate all the help he provided. I’d highly recommend OneAZ Credit Union and specifically recommend working with Isaac!

I can honestly say, in all my experiences with OneAZ, previously Azstcu, that my experience today with Melissa, was easily the most positive experience I’ve ever had when dealing with an issue. I’ve been a One AZCU for many years. I worked at the U of A and also as a AZ State employee. I have appreciated One AZCU’s professional and friendly service. Most recently I had a uncommon balance issue related to COVID. I called last Friday and talked to Member Care and they advised me how best to deal with the issue. As advised I made an immediate deposit today with Russell at the AZCU Alvernon branch’s drive thru teller, here in Tucson. I explained what I was advised. I called back Member Care in PHX, AZ as a follow-up. The telephone PHX One AZCU Member Care Rep Deelan Rashan was professional, knowledgeable and referred to my earlier documented call last week and discussed my situation with his One AZCU supervisor. He stated my $35 overdraft courtesy payments were dismissed. This is why I will continue and recommend AZSCU as a great banking and credit union.

Very helpful and courteous. I had an issue with my account and the associate Chloe helped me quickly and stayed on the line to ensure I was able to access the online features on my end. Great service!

I have been with this credit union for 20 plus years. I had to cancel my card due to fraud. I received a new card, activated it, used it twice and then it started declining every purchase I tried to make. I talked to several people to get help and continued to get the run around. I was ready to close my acoount. I have decided to keep my account due to the customer service that I received from Michelle Watson. She went above and beyond to help me with everything that I needed to include following up with me the next day. Everyone should be a MIchelle!!!

Deelan is amazing. I was very upset with the previous rep I had spoke with about a overdrafted that was caused by a 1.57, he went out of his way to get a supervisor on the line for me and when he was unable to do so he reverse the charge Himself. Times are very hard right now for everyone and stressful and he went out of his way to make beginning of my day great, thank you for being a great person and having a listening ear and being understanding.

I made an initial application for a pre-approval on 3/5 with OneAZ and it went very smoothly. On 3/6 I found a suitable vehicle to purchase , but the purchase price was higher than anticipated. I needed to re-apply and I thought that it would complicate things . What a pleasant surprise! Michael Campas expedited the loan process on 3/7 , OneAZ funded the loan this morning on 3/8 , and I am picking the car up this afternoon! Wow! . Thank you Michael Campas and OneAZ.
