I would like to share a bit of my wonderful experience with Juan Melendez, Branch Manager of the OneAZ Credit Union in North Scottsdale. He took a call from me in such a kind and expeditious manner. I was looking for an Auto Loan for a pre-owned car. He had Briana Hughes, Personal Banker help us. It took two days for our Loan to be approved and confirmed! Thank you Briana for all your awesome work and attention to detail! You are a blessing!!!

Had some questions about paying off my car loan and requesting my title lien release. Dealt with both German Chavez and John Melendez two to three times each. Both were extremely professional and very easy to work with. German is the first person you see when you walk in the bank and he doesn’t mess around! Whatever you need- he’ll get you situated fast and friendly!

Working Madison Burton (Tempe Branch) made the daunting (at least for this Boomer) prospect of an online wire transfer actually pleasant, not to mention successful! Ms. Burton was consistently polite, patient, pro-active and effective throughout this process. She is a strong asset to OneAZ.

I Love OneAZ! The people are friendly, professional, and very attentive. Barb helped me with a new debit card. In and out with a new card in less than 10 minutes, with friendly conversation. 10 stars.

Heather was awesome in helping me with my car loan. This stuff stresses me out but Heather made it quick and easy with no pressure. Finally got the car I’ve always wanted!

My daughters bank, tried to put money in her account. As usual there’s a problem, they can’t even do it this time. Done it many times, but today the Asst. Manager says it can’t do it. There’s always some sort of problem. I begged my daughter to change banks, but she lives in Europe.

I went in to get my financing for my new Tesla. Heather Arnone is a true rock star! She made the process so easy and was super helpful. I will be telling everyone I know to go see Heather. Thank you!

I worked with Brianna on an auto loan preapproval and check . it was astonishingly simple and easy. She was great to work with and kept her word with regard to rate. She said the check would be ready at a certain branch within the next 30 min and it was. It was a great experience. If I wasn't so lazy I would switch from Chase to ONEAZCU. But anyway I have them now for my auto loan and am very happy with them thanks ONE AZ CU

I have come to rely on John at the Scottsdale branch to be my best banker ever. I strongly recommend one AZ credit union. It’s nice to be remembered when you walk in to the bank where you do all your business.

John Melendez remembers me, even when I've been out of the branch for a few months. He makes my banking experience easy and convenient. His trainee, Gorial Yaro, looks like he's going to be a great addition to the team. Thank you both!

One AZ has been amazing! I had some questions about acquiring a new coffee stand for my business and Heather was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered every question I had and made the process a breeze.

Amazing A++++ Service! I called OneAZ and spoke with Madison B about acquiring an auto loan. She knew I was on a time crunch and was able to help me get the loan in place in just a few days. Madison kept me in the loop, was quick to respond to my questions and even went above and beyond by offering me other products and services that were beneficial to my needs. Heather at the Scottsdale branch was able to get me in last minute to notarize my documents and had me in and out in just a few minutes.
