I always enjoy the customer service provided at One AZ Credit Union. Today, Mariana helped me with several banking needs and provided that extra level of service and the personal touch that makes me feel like I’m part of the Flagstaff community and not just another number for a big corporation. I’ve been banking here for a decade and have no plans to change that! Highly recommend these folks.

Coming in the the credit union to try to see if I can open a new account Since my old bank was out of town since my family and I recently moved. The staff was extremely helpful. I got to sit with Gabriel which he was training Cruz. They both made my transition to OneAz wonderful.

I had to refinance my car and Ameliya was very kind and helpful setting up my appointment with Gabriel. Gabriel made the process so easy and understandable! He also helped me set up a new credit card.

I opened an account and it was so chill. Gabriel helped me and was so nice and made it quick and easy. I highly recommend OneAZ Credit Union to anyone who is serious about working and building their financial portfolio in Northern Arizona.

Gabriel Villanueva-Ortiz helped us with a lower rate on a CC and a refinance on an auto loan. Then gave us a call later in the day saying he got us a lower rate with the auto loan! Everything was quick and efficient, we greatly appreciate the service he provided and will be recommending to friends and family.

Cecelia at the Sawmill was very patient and helpful to get logged onto my cell phone make it able to use Zelle. She was succinct and articulate in talking to tech support. I lose patience wot it but she was cheerful and clear. My problem was solved. Thanks Cecelia!

Cherith is super helpful! My friend and I were in a bind needing cash for our housing deposit and my friend didnt have his bank in town. Im a member so was able to do my withdrawal but Cherith was able to do a cash advance so my friend could and I could secure our place! Shes incredible!!

Each time Ive come into the credit union I get what I need done efficiently thanks to the employees. There was one young lady in particular who's name I believe is Mariana; she took the time to answer all of my questions and inquires I had relating to the credit union. Overall I am happy to be a member of such an inviting credit union.

I have been a customer at the Flagstaff branch of OneAZ since 2002. This is the best financial institution I have had the pleasure of doing business with. The few problems I've had have been resolved quickly. All the employees are great, but my personal favorite is Cherith. It's a joy to see her when I come in on payday and even out on the hiking trails in Flagstaff.

We have relocated to Flagstaff AZ and as such were looking for new banking opportunities. We settled on OneAZ Credit Union and couldn't be happier. The personal service, customer service and benefits are outstanding. Our Personal Banker, Alyssa Farnsworth was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We would recommend to all who are looking for new banking experiences.

Ameliya helped me greatly during one of my transactions at One Az. She is a wonderful bank teller and she treats her customers with lots of respect. She helped me set up an appointment with Gabriel who is a banker at the credit union. Gabriel was very charismatic and he carried a very positive energy. Thanks to these two employees I left the bank very satisfied! I recommend this credit union for everyone’s banking needs!

Gabriel was awesome. Patient, very clear and helpful with his instructions. I am pleased that I chose OneAZ to open my accounts in my new home town, Flagstaff.

I was leaving another bank (WF) because they had left-wing garbage all over the bank and give to foundations that damage the country. I was hoping OneAZ would be better, but when I went in I saw pronoun/lgbtqa/"diversity" propaganda all over their store as well. We have to stand up to these companies so they get politics out of their stores.

Cherdith is such a wonderful and patient Teller that I ever encountered here at One AZcu anywhere in AZ. She had always been pleasant and helpful. This is not the first time she assisted me but had always been so wonderful working with me even through the drive through, face to face. Thank you Cherdith!! This credit union is worse than the most greedy bank when it comes to overdrafts for debit transactions. Their app can't even do basic math for pending charges. Someone I know on SSDI with mental challenges was charged $175 for such improper overdraft fees.
