Your teller Aubree is a rock star. Always cheerful and always efficient. I enjoying doing business at the Oro Valley branch because of her friendly but professional demeanor!

I would give ZERO stars if it would let me.... I just opened a new account with the Oro Valley Branch online. Shortly after opening my account, I receive a call from a Jessie(sp) from the branch welcoming me to OneAZ. I thought this was a nice touch. Jessie then offers me a credit card with OneAZ, which I don't need or really want, but Jessie says that they had to do a "soft pull" on my credit and they will use that soft pull for the new credit card. I ask her several times to confirm they WILL NOT DO A HARD PULL. She assures me they will not. They will use the soft pull from opening my account so I agree to the card. She tells me she wont know the amount but they will send me my new card. We hang up. Two minutes later I get notified from Experian and my other two banks I bank with that I just had a hard pull on my credit. Needless to say I am LESS than happy about this. I called Jessie back and she doesn't know what to say. It was a hard pull. I ask for her manager. Of course the manager is busy and will call me back. I ask the manager's name which is Shanon. So after a few hours go by, I call Jessie's direct number. It rings and rings with no answer. I call the branch's main number, it rings and rings with no answer then transfers to the main office. Finally I get someone on the phone with customer service. As I start to explain my dissatisfaction I get a call back from the branch. It is Shanon. After explaining to Shannon what happened and what was said, she tells me that I must of misunderstood Jessie. Then Shannon tells me she will request the credit department remove the hard pull. I asked Shannon if she can Cc me in the emails so I can see the status of what is going on. Shannon informs me that "this is an internal process". So I asked Shannon if she could please email me explaining the process and that she will have this unauthorized credit pull on my credit removed. I still have not received anything from Shannon. Pretty sad for a Branch Manager to a brand new member... OneAZ...I would love to hear from you. And can you please train your employees to have knowledge of your processes and repercussions of an unauthorized pull on someone's credit. I will be filing a complaint with the credit bureaus.
