If you make a phone call, you will be treated very rudely & get talked to as if you have no idea on what your talking about. Very unprofessional & very rude. Take your business elsewhere.

It's ok i guess, but in my opinion the lady working there could do a better job. I took some collectible cards and showed her the value of them online and her response was " I wouldn't know how to sell them "

The worst ever do not trust this people

They "lost" my stuff and they didn't even tell me, I was paying for them to hold them for almost a year, the only reason why I didn't do anything was because I was pregnant. After almost 6 months they took a gold bracelet and tried to sell it to me, little did they know that it was my mothers bracelet, she took out her stuff and noticed it was missing! they took it out of hers to try and pass it as mine, it was so stupid of them to do that. my mom was furious, and now the owner Hackey is in jail for food stamp fraud, he stole 3.5 million from the government. im glad we're never going back to them!!! I don't recommend this place to anyone!! I hope he stays in jail!!!!

The name is really misleading. They only accept gold and diamonds. Really dirty outside. Store not open on time, and their store sign is very poorly hand written. I would go elsewhere

They were closed and they said they were open so I would suggest people go elsewhere
