Kris Joseph was absolutely amazing to work with. We were first time home buyers and not the most educated on the whole process. He found us homes in our budget and locations that we were looking for. Ultimately he found us the EXACT home we wanted in the EXACT location we were looking for and lock us in. He took care of all of the grunt work and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get our FHA approved by finding is someone very inexpensive to fix some minor paint chips on the window sills to get us approved. This man is a saint and I really don't know how he does all that he does for so many people. I've recommended him to others who were also very happy with his service.
