This company is a predatory lender who banks on business owners being inexperienced or bad at math. They offered me a $20,750 advance at a 52 week payback of $572.25 per week. After "admin fees" the payout would be $19,700. After the math, that $20,750 loan would cost my company $10,750 over a year... My company has nearly 6 years of growth and $150k revenue a year with excellent credit history. How is this even legal? I will be reporting them to FTC for predatory lending practices.

Everything would be fine,except after being told they cannot fund my Square business bank account, because of reasons, which i completely understand.. They continue to call and harass me at least one a month, even though nothing has changed and they cannot fund my account.

It is a scam they want me to login to my bank account while they are watching through a program and that’s exactly how people rob you they will ask you to login to your bank while they are watching so they can get your login information and they can come back later and review I would not recommend

Absolutely the worst business I've ever dealt with. Initially my loan was denied because of some missing documentation. This was after 7 days of a pending application that was supposed to take 1 to 2 to approve. I scrapped the idea and decided to pursue other avenues for my business. A couple of weeks ago, these people started to bother me to resubmit my application and that approval would be no problem as long as I submitted the missing documentation. I did so on 12/2 with the understanding that on 12/3 I'd have an offer for a loan. Here it is 12/6 and I can't even get a return phone call from the sales manager, Joe. Several voice mails have been left, no return phone call. Emails go unanswered. RUN, do not walk from this third world business. There's absolutely no reason to not take 15 seconds to return a phone call or to reply to an email even if it's just to say, "Your application is still pending, we'll let you know." I even went as far as to message this business of Facebook! A day later and still no response. One can only assume that this is a scam and now they've made off with personal and banking information which is sensitive information to say the least. There are other companies that I've found that are into lending small businesses that are reputable and put forth the time, care and concern customers deserve. If you want to waste your time and effort with a company that doesn't care to provide any customer service, you've come to the right place!

We have received dozens and dozens of emails and phone calls from this company about funding our business. And DOZENS of times we’ve asked them to leave us alone and remove us from their list. Yet they continue to persist. Unbelievable.

dont use this place or mckenzie which is where they get the money from they dont give it they are the middle man, then when they have hit your credit many times and never call you back and i called them both over 25 times and no answer , bad business to deal with. it figures look where they are at. im not happy ewith them at all. if i could give no star i would

Don't use them. They are a waste of time and scamers. They are teamed up with Mckenzie Capital LLC who gives you your money. Oliver has asked and Mckenzie capital (and I have the emails) for my log in information to my bank account multiple times. I had to deal with that once again when I ran into trouble and asked for 2 week deferment they wouldn't do. Well long story short I put stop payment on them. They now want me to wire or send pre paid cards to make my payment ( I also have the emails). Worst people ever.

We really appreciate this financial company for helping small businesses like myself. There's a negative comments about this company but no matter how good you are you're always bad in someone's mind. Thank you for all that you do. My wife and I appreciate you all. Thank you!

I received a message from One Park Financial in regards to business funding. At first I was denied due to fraudulent activity on my bank statements so they offered to look over the account again with current bank statements. I spoke with Joey and he was suppose to send over documents to underwriting. I called back 2 days later and the documents were not sent over. He then stated he will send the documents and call me back. I never received a call back or anything to inform me of the status. Not even sure if the documents were even sent again. I would have love extending business with them however this is not how you conduct business.

I’m not gonna lie I was a little skeptical at first but the whole process could not have been any easier Ethan was awesome to work with and his follow it was impeccable!!! I don’t see how anybody could leave this company a negative review they were on point from start to finish will definitely be getting my business in the future as well!!!

I applied with this lender and I was transferred to a funding manager for preapproval. The amount he said I could get was only $5000 which didn’t make sense so he said he will give the file to the funding team to see if I can get approved for more. The next morning I heard from him he sent a link for me to verify my bank account. I responded to him if this link is to give my login information to my bank account I’m not doing that and why do you need my login information. The interesting part is I didn’t hear back from him.

Yes, they really can give you a loan. As with any legitimate lending source. You will have to provide documentation and verify things, but in the end they will do there best to get you funding. I honestly, was skeptical at first and had to answer a lot of questions. I realize now, they just wanted to be sure that they could have a good chance of getting me funded. Rudy and the team were great. I would definitely recommend them. I always felt like he and they really wanted to support me and my company.

This is not a real loan company beware they do not provide truthful documentation , Im scared for my information at this point .. First I was approved & completely signed verifcation. Shortly after I was asked for my bank log in username & password to check my account once more after I was already approved. Shortly after I was then declined by the company . Scary part is the agent " David Sone " sent me a text message telling me I was declined ... I asked for a Decline letter to confirm this & I was sent an email from him directly with an alarming amount of typos. A Simple 1 liner " The funder did not feel comfortable moving forward with the offer." No decline letter from the company who he said approved me originally which was mckenzie capital. I believe these two companies work out of the same office. Wish I never applied im in the process of changing my passwords & speaking with credit karma to lock my social to prevent any identity fraud.

I am a brand new company with less than 2 years into the game. When I first applied they told me that I did not qualify. But then 100 emails later as of today, I am pre-qualified. I asked if I can use my EIN number and they are telling me that they need my personal. So I asked if it’s for a personal guarantee and they said no. I only want to use my EIN and not SSN for this business. But what bothers me is, how do I pre-qualify when I never submitted everything fully? They want three months statement to provide funding. I asked what were the fees and they said everything is included. Don’t believe that! I just wish they would stop sending emails and calling

I highly recommend them for a loan. Its helpful that repayment is daily so it doesn't fall into one lump sum each month. The customer service was great, & fast turnaround on loan in bank. Thank you Alex for your help!

The service was fast and the people are polite. I do feel the service fee was ridiculous!!! They charged me $1000. I reached out to another company for the same thing and their service fee was $435. So One Park Financial will probably be a last resort for me.

Updating my original post. Company seems legit. I applied, sent my documents but never got a formal response. Later asked about my application, still didn’t get a formal denial or approval letter. Maybe works for others to get capital for their business but didn’t work for me. I am giving 3 stars for lack of communication after application. Staff customer service is a 5 stars for sure.

This place was an absolute joke. From the initial contact I was misrepresented. I was up front and honest with my credit history but was assured by several different people that approval was already in place. I declined their offers several times due to their fees & terms, I received constant emails, phone calls and texts with new "better" offers daily from them. I finally relented and decided we could use the extra funds. at this point even after I was told I was approved I was made to jump through more hoops than I ever have before even when buying a house it wasn't this difficult. They requested everything but my first born. I had at one point needed a reference verification and CLEARLY stated when contacting anyone I did not want ANY information shared with anyone as I wanted my business kept private no one needed to know what I was doing, to just ask the questions necessary... they went on to share EVERY possible detail they could and absolutely humiliated me!! I strongly DO NOT recommended them!!!
