One Nevada Federal Credit Union helped me and my mother to get out of a bad auto contract. They made things so easy and best of all in our best interest, thank you Cindy and all the family there at One Nevada Federal Credit Union by far simply the best absolutly happy thank you so much blessings.

I had a fraudulent charge on my card the branch manager was very nice and helped me in getting my old card stopped and issuing me a new card right away. Fraud department kept sending me to voicemail so she emailed them directly to help me out.

Stopped in today with my partner and had the pleasure of meeting with Kimberly. She helped us setup an account in minutes and explained all of the member benefits with ease. Convenient location and a great experience overall.

I opened an Account a little over a week ago. I did it online so we I came into the Branch on Sunset there were a few issues. But Kimberly R and Nancy were kind enough to help! Kimberly was able to answer my question even though everything is done via ATM. Excellent Customer Service from Kimberly. I used to love this branch. They USED TO BE very helpful and wanted to help you. Lately when I go in for some answers and some education on my finance and banking needs, they just say "Go online to do it" or "Fax them yourself". I would prefer being told of my options and the best course of action. Lately, they do the absolute minimum to get you away from their desk and on to the next person. I've been very respectful and humble when I try to get some answers. They also SEEM polite (or just say polite words), but the overall feeling is that they want to help as little as possible. Maybe its because I wasn't trying to finance a house that day (but I was trying to buy a car). Anyway If that's the case, I will take my banking needs elsewhere.

Is like 9 desks, is 3 people in the branch and just one person assisting us ; we are like 4 people waiting!! And this is every single time I’m coming inside the branch !!

This is the worst bank. Nothing ever works here. There is always a problem with the ATM machine and their card maker. Waste of time coming here. The one on eastern is the same story and I'm stuck having to drive from branch to branch, or having to make another trip on a separate day just to try and make a payment.

This has always been my go to location for any banking transactions. I have never been disappointed with their service. I usually get the same person each time, the nice young lady that sits on the far left desk. She is Hispanic and sits closest she to the window. She has always been so helpful and made me feel very comfortable. This time I came I was helped by the branch manager, Cindy, and I felt very uncomfortable, awkward even. She made me feel that she was by force servicing me. Did not get a copy of my transaction that I completed or gave me any information, Information I usually get with my usual person. I am not one to complain and tend to easily make conversation with everyone and anyone. I just think this might help better the vibe.

Went to this branch with some questions about getting a loan on my lunch. Arlene answered all my questions and got me in and out so fast. I couldn't even believe it. Everyone here is so friendly and I usually go around noon to 1 o clock and have never had to wait. I suggest this branch to anyone. I used to go to the one on Charleston and Nellis but it doesn't hold a candle to the customer service Arlene gave me. You got a customer for life.
