I just completed a purchase of my first home with One Nation and I am super happy I went with them! My realtor referred me over to them because her passed clients were using them over her loan guy simply because their rates could not be beat and they close on time. I worked with David Young who got me at 3.75% with zero points and zero lenders fees on a 15 year fixed in Texas! The closest other lender was at 4.00% with additional fees. Five star service! I spoke with 5 different lenders in choosing the best company with the best rates for my home purchase in Tennessee and One Nation came out on top. My Loan Officer David Young was amazing! We had to close the loan in less than 3 weeks because the seller was moving and David promised he would deliver and he did. Locked in my rate at 4.00% with zero points on a 30 year fixed which was .125% lower than the 2nd best quote I had received. They sent the final loan documents to the title company 3 days earlier so I had time to review them and I ended up signing right in my living room. Great experience with the One Nation Team! My loan Officer David Young and my processor Maria Guzman really are an amazing teams, they handled my refinance in Dallas Texas for a 2nd home super quickly! Everything was done electronically and I signed in less than 20 days. I was working with my realtors suggested lender and felt that the interest rate was high but figured I wouldn't hand time to switch. Great job guys! One Nation just handled my refinance in Texas and they did so with a great rate but most importantly they did so without me pulling out my hair during the process. Great company! I completed a cash our refinance to finish some improvements to our home and I can say that they did a great job! David Young was my Loan Officer who gave me a fantastic rate on a somewhat difficult home loan. I am self employed at had a bad 2016 but they managed to get me approved while only using my last years tax returns which was much better. I went with a 30 year fixed got approved for 4.875% with zero points and zero lenders fees in New Jersey. David had my loan approval in a couple of days and closed my loan in under 30 days. I should mentioned I had previously been denied by Wells Fargo but One Nation got me approved and ended up selling my loan back to them....no clue How that happened. 100% the best mortgage company I have used. If you call ask for David Young! He has been doing Loans forever and there is nothing I have ever asked that he didn't have a smart and quick answer to. He's located in CA and I am in TX but he is well versed in all TX rules and was actually teaching my real estate agent. One Nation Home Loans has completed for transactions for me, both purchase and refinances. Though they are located in California and I am located in Maryland their systems and staff handle everything seamless. On my latest purchase I received a 3.75% with zero points and zero lenders fees on a 15 year fixed (primary residence) which was .375% lower than my local Wells Fargo bank. The funny part is once the loan was sold my service ended up being Wells Fargo :) my Loan Officer this time around was Morci who was always available to answer my calls and provide his expertise to the transaction. I consider myself Savy when it comes to Home Loans so I always check out other lenders but I always end up with One Nation. You can trust that they will do a fantastic job!

I was fortunate enough to come across David Young with One Nation Home Loans when searching for the best rate. My Mortgage was for a cash out refinance on my primary residence. My Home is a condo so I was receiving other quotes with rates .50% higher than what I received from One Nation. They closed my loan in under 20 days from the time I sent in my initial loan documents. One Nation Home Loans handled the purchase of my first home here in Maryland and I am happy to say they did an amazing job! I found them while doing an online search as the lender that was handling my loan dropped the ball and decided last minute I needed to put an additional 10% down because of my ratios. It didn't make sense to me and the other company really didn't offer my an explanation. Along with that if I didn't close in under 12 days I would end lose my earnest money deposit. I reached out to David Young at One Nation who reviewed my tax returns and within 2 hours found out what the issue was, got my loan approved and I didn't have to put anymore money down. I contacted my original lender who basically said he didn't know how they got my loan approved with only 5% down but they couldn't. David had my loan closed and done in 10 days!!!!! As a real estate agent I can give my recommendation to One Nation Home Loans. Though I have colleagues that do Loans I always send my clients over to one Nation to compare rates and they always end up using them. There rates are generally .25% lower than anyone else and they have NEVER missed a closing date. On my last purchase we needed to close in 15 days because the property was a short sale and the bank gave us almost no time to finalize the transaction.
