    TERRIBLE customer services. Useless employees. I reported a fraudulent charge on my atm card and was told there was nothing they can do, that I have to call the business who wrongfully charged me and figure it out.

    Everytime that I call the Contact Center I either get Cody or Joanne to talk to & they are very pleasant & helpful. I have not had one bad experience when I call them.
