First time home buyers who found Mark McCoy after vetting three mortgage lenders our realtor recommended we speak with. Mark was very understanding with all our questions being complete novices to the real estate experience! We will recommend him to as many people as we can! Certainly will work with him when the time comes to sell this home!

Constantly raising fees or requirments to avoid fees. Used to be a good small town bank, but as they have grown, they have become as awful as the big chain banks. Put your money or get a mortgage somewhere else and you'll be happier.

They never will approve a loan or help you get a first mortgage, but how can someone state no fees when they charge $10 per month to hold your money in a checking account that pays zero interest. I am moving to another bank.

Nice people , but since their merger or re-branding , it's been a nightmare there. Going to another bank after that mess.

The staff is always helpful and responsive. But oh the website! I cannot gain access to my statements prior to the merger without getting someone to do it for me and email it to me. This is a real inconvenience!

A great bank to work with. We've used them for a few years and have never had an issue or problem. Very upfront and responsive. Debbie H. is a massive asset to the organization.

Excellent customer service. Smaller bank than a big chain but that comes with perks like less stupid hidden fees. Very happy to do my banking there!

The merger has made this place a train wreck.
