The service I experienced with Once A Pawn a Time was fantastic. Their staff is very friendly, informative, and definitely tries to do right by their customers. I had an issue with a transaction but they went out of their way to make it right. I'd recommend anyone try this shop when looking to buy. I also saw how they regularly treated those selling with the utmost respect and honesty. I could clearly say they're a pillar of the community they service.

My husband took in his ps5 this morning. Wanting 205, he was bullied into doing 220 because they had "just opened the registers and didn't have 5s" I worked retail so I cry bull on that. We wanted a lower amount to avoid paying a ton in interest. Now I have 15 more dollars that will have interest tacked that I DID NOT NEED! Now my husband should have walked but he is the kindest, most unconfrontational lesson on the planet and they knew what they had. Bullies. 5 star business my behind.

Great place to go if you need a little cash between paydays, very courteous and friendly staff and they don't lowball you now that's something you don't see everyday I definitely would, go back, and highly recommend.

Looking for a buyer of scrap gold. Took 3.1 grams of 14kt gold for price. Did my homework, 14kt scrap was at $33.90 per gram. They offered $30. For 3.1 grams. Site claimed top prices paid. Don’t bet on it.

Once a pawn a time is great place to go when you need a little extra change to make it. I came in to do business and they allowed me a fair loan and not pennies like most places would. They are awesome! If you need to pawn or get a loan come to them!

Always a great experience. Staff is generally very knowledgeable about their products and if they don't they're honest enough to tell you so. If you're looking to purchase a tv for far less than new or needing to pawn something you're wasting time going elsewhere, stop by here first. I've bought tons of tools for my business and probably twice as much for stuff for the house.

The staff was unresponsive and unknowlegable. I sat there and listened to them sell firearm related products with false information. This combat vet refuses to do business with ppl without integrity.

Went in to sell something I don't know much about & instead of trying to play me for my money, they sent me to a place that would pay a really fair price for it & ended up still helping me out on everything else I had. Went in this morning with my PS5 looking for just 205 so I could paying interest on money I didn't need, good idea right? Well i told them I what I wanted and they flat out refused and forced me to take 220 because they had just opened and didn't have 5s in the register yet. That's straight b.s. I had just gotten off work and had not slept so my deliriously tired self took because "it's only $5 more in interest." Well that is a lot of money to someone who is the main breadwinner with a disabled wife. Scammers

Friendly staff and they will help you out if you've got something worth the risk! At first I was a little skeptical about pawning here but after some time going to other shops, this place just left right. I didn't get what I needed but something was better than nothing.
