    I have had a very pleasant experience refinancing my car with On Tap, they made it quick, easy & were able to answer all of my questions. Job was also able to help me with a unique situation and I am so grateful for him. Thank you to Job & Emma for being so kind & knowledgeable.     Alas, I find myself unable to give any stars as I was unable to do any business with these folks as, hard as I tried, I Couldn’t even get someone to help me open an account. Showed up ready to switch all of my accounts from my current bank to this one. Was informed that no one would be available for at least 20 minutes. The person at the desk offered to have someone call me to set up a time to come and do this. I graciously accepted the offer, left my number, and went about my business. That was two weeks ago…

    Place is great for basic transactions. The normal banking. Loans? Forget about it. I tried to refinance a car loan. No 1 called me for 2 weeks! They can pick and choose who they want to help, I suppose?

    They close earlier with no notification to the Customers. Then this morning it is sunny roads are clear and they aren't open at 10am due to management. Yet as a customer you are notified of any changes of branch hours. The operating on what ever the management feels is bad for business I cannot continue to bank here. I need a bigger bank like chase with normal operating hours.

We never like to have to reduce our operating hours at our branches, but when inclement weather arises, we monitor driving conditions diligently in our areas to ensure we maintain the safety of our staff and members. In the event that driving conditions are becoming hazardous, we will always post any changes to operating hours on our website and social media platforms. Additionally, if you ever need assistance during inclement weather conditions that cause branch closures, our teams will still be available by phone to serve all our members' needs.     I've been with On Tap for 20 years when I opened my first checking account at 16 years old. On Tap is very reasonable and has helped me tremendously by educating me on my finances; creating budgets, etc.. I've been through some hard times and they've always been understanding and patient. I've been able to come out of those hard times with On Tap still by my side. Evan is great, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Hard work pays off and On Tap rewards you for that with the best interest rates and customer service out there; My Mom and Fiance chooses to bank here as well. I cannot thank this bank enough.

    I’ve always had a great experience banking here. Everyone is friendly. I like the feel inside the branches. But most importantly the loan department is responsive and efficient in what they do. They helped me refinance from 11% to 4% on my auto loan. Highly recommend them over a big bank. Keep your money in your community.

    I have been a member for over 20 years and absolutely love OnTap! They have the best loans and customer service. Although I don't live close to their branches anymore I can always reach them via phone and always get my issues resolved. They are simply the best Credit Union in ALL of Colorado!

    Monday I asked CU to fed ex /next day me a cashier check.(I live an hour away). They said no problem. I told them I had to have it by Friday and I was happy to pay any shipping charges. Tuesday no check. Wednesday no check. Call them on Thursday and “oh sorry we sent it fair saver/fed ex and it won’t be there until next Monday” I have 6 people who rearranged their schedules or took the day off for this transaction on FRIDAY! I received a very nonchalant “sorry” nothing we can do. So frustrating when people don’t do their job and then could care less how it effects others. Very unprofessional.

    Customer service is a joke!! If you value service do not deal with them. Its just another big bank! If you want a credit union that cares, dont go there.

    On Tap has fallen a long way from grace since I opened an account over 13 years ago when it was Coors CU. They always had 5 stars but since their re-branding, mobile banking, and partner programs have rolled out, it always seems like they bit off more than they could chew. The mobile app is still atrocious and I see them trying to change it and add different features but they're either buggy/non-working most of the time or unnecessary altogether. My recent issue is in regard to their insurance partner Safe Co. I opened an auto and renter's policy of which I recently obtained coverage for a new car. The vehicle loan was given to me by On Tap and I processed the insurance through their partner Safe Co after initiating a call directly with On Tap in order to procure the proper policy coverage needed for the vehicle. I was told all is good after explicitly asking if the insurance met the standards and was good to go with the vehicle purchase. I received a notice after buying the car that I didn't have appropriate insurance and that they were going to force me into a comprehensive policy. I spoke with an agent who revealed they didn't have any proof of coverage and that I would have to upload or send the documentation over to an email address. I sent the policy over via email to the address. No response. They then send me a follow up notice stating that since I have no coverage, they have added a policy and increased my loan amount to cover the gap. I call the insurance agency to a frustrating automated message getting me nowhere and then CU reps start pointing fingers and falling behind them not being a part of the insurance platform. You're partners who were well aware of me buying the vehicle and making the call to acquire the insurance but then you don't communicate or exchange information among yourselves? Get it together, On Tap.

    I re-financed my car loan through this bank and it has literally been the most frustrating process. Every step of the way has been one issue or another. I thought they were supposed to contact all the loose ends to get things switched over I should of kept my high percentage and not have a headache I’m still jumping through hoops. Months later still asking me for other details and set up direct deposit autopay and they messed up my payment. Now trying to get $130 out of me extra because they failed to tell me that they need their name on a declaration page sooo many other things. Sorry but I wouldn’t recommend this to any of my friends. Someone needs to rethink their staff and get someone who knows what they are doing.

    Prior to the previous change to becoming “On Tap” Credit Union and with entirely different management, we had great service. Since the change, they lost a $4000 check in the night deposit, have charged my daughter for insurance which she has shown proof of three times in person and made multiple errors on our account ranging from deducting money for other family members account instead of ours and forgetting to put GAP insurance we requested on a car loan. We are still waiting for an explanation for the lost check two months later... no word from anyone. If you chose to bank here, beware and monitor your account closely. S. Langer
