Not only is Jessica at On Q Financial the Top Mortgage Lender in the area, she is heads and shoulders above the rest! This is the 4th house that my wife and I have purchased and it was by far the easiest and fastest process of the four. Jessica kept us informed every step of the way and was quick to respond to our questions, even late into the evening. It was a pleasure to work with Jessica from the beginning to the end. Josh May was our OnQFinancial Mortgage Consultant. He was very professional throughout the process. We especially appreciated his following up and coordinating with our Realtor on an item that came up at the last minute to make sure that we were able to close on the scheduled date. Stephanie Zimmerman, the Loan Processor, was attentive to the minute details that came up during the process. She was also timely in responding to my questions and inquiries. Never explained any of the process to me. I am a first time home buyer and I was left in the dark for the entire experience. I had to email or call 3 or 4 times in order to get ahold of anyone involved with my loan. No one ever explained my appraisal to me m, he didn’t even read it. Then found out it was $4500 difference. After taking to him he had no idea, he never looked at it. Not happy with the way my loan was handled at all. Would not recommend. They did not respond on weekends even after telling me they would.

I recently bought a home via the On Q Financial mortgage loan process. Although the loan officer Josh was nice enough, he and his team were unresponsive to any correspondence. Additionally, due to his preoccupation with personal matters, my home closing was delayed three times. As a result, I incurred additional closing costs and had to make alternate arrangements so that my family and I would have a place to stay. His procrastination in getting paperwork processed timely could have caused me and my family to be out on the street.

Working with Josh May was pleasant & informative. He explains the process clearly & is very straight forward. This was important to us since we were a first time home buyer.
