This company was super. They were easy to work with and made sure to answer any question I had. The loan process took only a few hours, and the lady who called to tell me my loan had been approved stayed with me on the phone during the entire process of signing the papers and making sure I was given all relevant information. The money was in my bank account the very next day. Highly recommend this company.

I called today and spoke with a representative who did not understand what the term veteran means. I identified myself as a veteran and she still asked repeatedly if I served in the military. I asked to speak with a supervisor to report what took place. The supervisor with his cavalier attitude did nothing to remedy the situation. In fact he made the situation worse. I asked him how would a written review look that says his company has people working for them that don't know what the term veteran means when they have the word military in there company name? He said not good. He then said that he will investigate this situation. I wished him luck in his investigation and informed him that I will be writing this review and to include this review in his investigation. Veterans, make sure not to use the word veteran with these folks because they don't know what the word means but they are here to help, I guess......?
