I've no personal experience with their direct services but have known Andrea for at least a decade in various networking circles. She's still in her field, still with her company, and holds her own.

Never go through this company especially Kevin Patrick he is manipulative and will not help you. They do not care about helping you, money is strictly the only thing they care about. They are extremely shady and make decisions that best suit themselves and have no care in the world about you or your situations. My experience here was miserable and I would advise everyone to stear clear of this company.

I have worked with Andrea and her team many times. I never hesitate to recommend Old Towne to my clients. They always do a great job and take good care of my customers. Thank you all for your great service.

Poor communication-did not return calls. Could not attend settlement so they refused us going to a notary at our bank. Instead, we had to pay old Towne title $150 for a notary to come to our house and take photos of our drivers licenses on her PERSONAL cell phone. Title company found notary that lived in our neighborhood- who has our social security numbers and all our personal information taken to her car and to her home. A notary in a bank would not have this information in her personal keeping! Old Towne title refused us to use our bank notary. If we have identity theft, we will hold old Towne title liable. And realtors have shared that old Towne title fees are higher than most. Wish we could give ZERO stars. Staff does NOT return calls.

Andrea defines customer service. Whatever her clients need, whenever and wherever they need it, she delivers. Her work gets done right the first time for every client. Many real estate agents in this region speak highly of this company and their services.

I never really knew I had an option of using a title company instead of an attorney for real estate closings. I saved a bunch of money using Old Towne Title. Some attorneys were more than 2x more! They do titles every day and are professional and experienced. Andrea in their office is great. Highly recommended.
